As the client is doing credit and criminal record checks this would suggest that if these came back unfavourably then they would have the right to terminate the contract before the start date, therefore you may have similar rights to withdraw before the start date.......as said previously you will have to go through the termination T&C's with a fine tooth combe, i'd suggest the sooner the better too.

It was a team competition with three people per team. I entered it with two mates and we went down to London for auditions which involved playing a load of games and we came inside the top 27 teams out of 5000 entrants and got on the show. Looking at the youtube vids I'm pretty sure it was Series 3, the one with Dexter Fletcher, I just can't find any vids of the competition though...... Just thought if you remembered the celebrities on it it'd be easy to sus out which episode it was. I have the VHS cassettes up in my loft and no longer have a bloody VHS to play them!! I was on it three times when I was 15 as I was a bit of a whizz on the SNES and Megadrive (unbeatable at Mariokart and SFII) I was also on Gamesworld on Skyone too.................................... Sounds rubbish all give that one a wide berth then with the CTRs, getting a JDM was seen as the creme. Is that the same with the 350z? Really cant decide atm, any nudges in the right direction would be a great help JDM's are fine but imo its harder to pick a good one as there are 3 or 4 levels of spec e.g some come with leather, some with Bose, some with Brembo's, some with 17" rims etc. Buy a UK GT and you'll know it'll be coming with everything
