It probably means your speedo is in the 'up to 10% out' category like the rest of us. Actual speed and indicated speed are often two very different things. Test it when you're on the motorway and you have a passenger. There are mile markers all down our motorways, set the cruise to 60mph and see if it takes a minute to get to the next marker. It won't be exactly 1 minute.

Yeah, just lift the door seal and remove the sill. Again, panel clips holding it on.

Nice looking couple of cars. Welcome to a world of torque now though!!

It's not that hard if you can get the car high enough. Do you have access to a ramp anywhere? If not, jack it up and get it up on axle stands and you will see a number of fixings on the under side and the rest of it is panel clips on the back of the skirt and will need a bit of a tug to get them off. Make sure when you get the new skirt you check you have panel clips in each location and take your time putting it on. First one I did one of the clips fell off when all the others had gone in and it was loose behind the skirt!

As Mike suggested, Breay should be able to sort you out. Then remember to stick to tarmac or concrete to drive on!

No one asked about filling them in..... As for disguising them, no, wax won't disguise stone chips. The only thing that will do that is paint.
