We need to have got through the queue to get in (the later we get there, the longer it will be!) and be on the stand and sorted ready for 9.30am. What time do you suggest people get there? Whatever time it is I would like everyone to get there on time so I am not stood at the gate for an hour (and a volunteer to set the stand up would be handy!) Cheers.

We have a pretty handy spot right in the thick of the show and in the paddock area. Plenty of opportunity to show your cars off people, get cleaning!

Just realised it's a 2 1/2 hour drive from my place, that will be nice watching the sun come up as I drive east!! Could always stay over the night before a bit closer Sarah? Quick question and request from the members.... Is anyone that is coming anywhere near Chesterfield and can get the club flags for the stand from Chris (Chesterfield)??

I only found out about the Reading dealership at the weekend. Might have to go and have a nose around....

Given the queues to get in at these shows and the event normally starting by 9.30 I'm not sure there's another way

I will be at the gates to hand out the tickets unless I see people beforehand or in convoy to give them theirs before. Hopefully people know me by now! I haven't got a timetable through yet but assume it will be an early start as usual. I would suggest being at the gates by 8.30 so we can get to the stand, set up and enjoy the action?
