Sounds like the slightly rattly clutch / gearbox that the Zeds have. Nothing out of the ordinary just part of the cars 'character'. If it becomes more of a whine it could be thrust bearing but it doesn't sound like it from your description. As for the clicking axle, it will mainly be heard when you have the window down (unless it is very loud). Most people discover it in April / May time when they pull away with the window down for the first time!

A little more than that - it is slightly reprofiled - you can't use MY03 reflectors in a MY06 bumper for instance. Also I believe the horizontal grill slats in th MY06 bumper, in a grey plastic, vary from the MY03 bumpers. Agreed, was just offering the visual aid. I think the slats are the same colour but fewer and deeper on the MY06 too?

Alpine, JL Audio and a barrel load of Dynamat! Exhaust wise, that is entirely personal. I can't stand the rasp of some exhausts, much prefer the Nismo type sound

Does look and sound nice. I will be needing a new exhaust this year. I could be up for one of these (or another) if you want to try and save on shipping etc? I want something preferably Jap, good quality and not too far from OEM look (I like the twin polished pipes) but not boomy!

Mine gets it's fair share of polish. Just think a combination of granny shifting and 'show not go' mods makes it slow. All of 2 metres over a mile slow!! (just winding u up Shire!!)

The genuine stuff fits at least as well as the standard bumper (I think my Nismo v2 fits better than my standard bumper!) - plus you get a nice Nismo badge and you won't have to worry about fitment / filler issues!

+1 - even if you don't do it yourself, buyer might take the bits. Although I think once the car is seen in the flesh it will be the mods that are left on the car!!
