  1. Yup, nice to know, and it deserves it!
  2. lol - you two, please!! Anyone else feeling a but nauseous???
  3. IMO it does, yeah. It's a semi permanent coating so effectively gets worn down over the winter. Seriously, a wash and dry and wipe over with show shine and it looks awesome. Just need to get the car inside to do it properly really.
  4. What the Z4M Coupe looks like a convertible TT? No, the pics directly above my post that Digsy posted.
  5. Looks like a convertible TT. Not for me.
  6. More like - lol!! Sarnie will be jealous, having been elbowed at this early stage! It's gonna get messy!
  7. I agree with Mike. I'm all for speed cameras that slow people down at known accident points and past schools (much more effective than damn speed bumps IMO) but why are they needed in other places? Prime example being the stretch of road that runs past Stonehenge, single carriageway most of the way, national speed limit so get caught behind lorries etc struggling with corners and hills. At one point it goes to dual carriageway up a very steep hill, and is only two lanes for about 1/3 mile - passing place you might think. Nope, they drop the speed limit to 50 and put a camera half way up the hill!!!!! Until they can makes sure all people are insured, car is road legal and people don't keep driving about with their fookin front fog lights on surely resource can be used better elsewhere?!

    Removing rear wiper

May want to look at some of the people that smooth rear tailgates and so on to see if they can fill it properly and paint over it? Don't think you'd get the effect with a grommet IMO....
  9. Detectors will always be legal unless this nanny state really finds a way of outlawing radios - that's all they do, detect a signal. Like the idea of the parking thingy though!
  10. I had a kuro Loved it. Swapped it for the only better colour If you went back from the black and to the yellow, that's across to a different area, that loves you long time....... Yours, The Non-Person So what needs to happen about the fact I don't exist??
  11. 'Love Lane' - LMAO, how apt eh Sarnie??? Should be good. Just need to make sure the weather is good now. Is the intention to eat at the pub or go somewhere else??
  12. At the Denham roundabout at 7.40am today. Coupe, standard wheels. I was turning onto the roundabout.
  13. So is mine normally, but today I just wanted to take it. It was still gleaming under the beaded water and couldn't resist!
  14. Hi mate, welcome across! Good to meet you, stay in contact for future meets so we can keep the numbers up!

    2009 350Z

Fair enough, I did a search and didn't see that article. Take this down if you like Val.
  16. Have you had yours rolling roaded to see the difference the mods have made at all?
  17. I hear what you'resaying , but after a couple of weeks!! We have clicking rear axles and things happening, and then get covered under warranty. But agree, it wouldn't help the confidence. It's hand made, by humans, who get things wrong more often than a robot. All I'm saying is I'd rather have TVR in current state than a 'TVR' in Audi state (and that's nothing against Audis BTW)
  18. Reliability, not heritage!! But they have won the odd race too....!! Everyone has different standards with all sorts of things. 280hp or 400hp, Fiat Punto side repeaters or bespoke ones, reliability is the same. I'm not saying I'd have one at the moment either (except maybe a T350C) but it depends what you want from the car. Most of them are second cars and yes they're expensive to repair. The Tuscan S, how much is the next manufactured car that can match it's performance........??? So things will break!
  19. I don't disagree with you on the reliability front. But to petrol heads that's part of the chracter of many cars. Why else would any ever buy a Lotus / TVR / Alfa etc.?? Because of noise, heritage, styling and because they want to. The world has plenty of Audis / Hondas / Saabs that battle along from one year to the next with nothing but petrol, but IMO the world would be a sorry place without a gorgeous TVR on the hard shoulder occasionally!
  20. That's not good, not good at all. The two biggest producers being TVR and Lotus have such a following and all out of a British approach to the drive. Yeah, they might get other things wrong but the drive is always awesome. Guess it was always on the cards since a foreign investor took over....
  21. Hampshire, apprently. I don't approve of their tactics either, but then I never use my mobile phone in the car, so wouldn't be targetted I guess. It does seem a rather extreme way to get people to stop, but maybe someone has lost someone to a driver on the phone and they've taken it personally? Who knows... I do get the feeling this is where the UK is heading though. More and more people don't vote as they feel the same, bad decisions will be made no matter who is in power anyway. Even when people do get out and show that they really oppose something (protest against Iraq war for instance), the goverment ignores them. Today I heard that 4 million signitures have been sent to the priminister as a plee to keep post offices open... what are the chances that those will be ignored too? I'm guessing the reason speed cameras are being destroyed is for a similar reason too (http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4627). I have a feeling people are fed up with the government doing nothing about importand things and being obsessive about the pointless things. As they say, "what is the world coming to?" It only took two pages for it to get on to 'The trouble with Britain'!!! I completely agree mate. Slightly of topic, but we were talking last night about pay as you go insurance with a black box in your car that tracks everything. If that happens, I'm gone.....!! If they're going to do that, they need to pull middle lane morons over and ask them what the rule of the road is. If they can't answer, car gets crushed! The first step at least!
  22. Only in the good ol' US of A!!!!
  23. Considering the amount of idiots you see with iPod headphones in while driving, and smoking isn't banned, really can't see why they'd ban this. How is it different to pressing buttons on your radio while talking to a passenger??
