I am considering it, and if there is enough interest am more than happy to help organise it. Only concern is this:- http://www.japanesetuningshow.co.uk/ 2 weeks after is JTS and I don't have a feel for the size of the respective shows. Any ideas?

What makes you think you need more speakers to go louder? Decent amps and speakers correctly installed will blow you away. With my W7 I never had anyone guess I had less than 2 10" subs and 1kw of power. The total system was 1kw (RMS, not PMPO) with 500w on the sub, and it was capable of being loud - as in 138db.

Pleased it worked for you. As for the 5% thing, not heard of it but it depends how formal it is. I would want it in writing from NMGB (not the dealer) confirming what is covered. Then it is up to you if you think it is value for money based on whatever they come back with.

I have a pair of barely worn RE040 rears in the garage if you want to wait until you replace all 4 with the same brand..... The same set you offered me years ago and didn't answer your pm's about? Yup, I was doing more interesting things!

Thanks Tere, that's where I found it. I think that picture was in Ed's signature, but the image is amazing. Should find bigger pics there Beavis. Pleased to hear it has go as well as show. One very nice modded car.

I have the Toyos on all the cars in the house, so I would recommend them. Plenty of people here rate the Falkens too. Might be worth checking price for fronts too so you know what you're letting yourself in for when they are ready. BUT, I would mainly recommend doing all four in one go......

Hope you get the right offsets / spacers on those wheels so they fill the arches. Looks like a good project. Not sure they are specialists in bodykits, but certainly all things paint, Specialised Paintwork at J12 M4 are approved Porsche and Lotus paintshop and would do a top job. Will cost you though.

IIRC it is a middle fascia out job, and then using a harness, PAC ROEM adaptor and a new head unit and fascia. Costs are about £60 (ish) for the fascia, PAC and harness, plus whatever you want to spend on a head unit.

I'm gonna weigh my standard one later, it felt heavier than 4kg. Although Jay could use his at 4kg as a bench press weight...... just weighed it, 4kg on our postal scales. I don't doubt it mate, but I will try on my Weight Watchers ones later!
