I would ask the dealer to have a word with the importers to see if there is anyone in the UK that could repair it. Ask the dealer who they bought the sub from, there is only one authorised UK distributor....

The smooth piece on the front is just a protector of sorts and the speaker should would fine if it is just cosmetic damage to the front of the speaker.

Yes, it can be corrected by detailing. I would suggest getting a detailer to take a look and sort it out, and then get a routine going to keep it in the right condition. (2 bucket method, build up of wax etc.). This time of year it can be tricky getting it done, direct sunlight can be a pain to work in. Somewhere inside is best.

10W7's need a fair amount of enclosure volume too, and is easily one of the deepest subs on the market. Unless you are rebuilding the sub box, rethink. TBH it doesn't sound like the best quality box if the sub is popping..... A 1000/1 will run two 10W7's very nicely, yes.

MJ recordings are always top quality, and Pendulum's last two albums have such a range they give the components a challenge in keeping the track together. Yes indeed correct... However when i cranked Pendulum to near 100% performance I was nearly shunted through the windsceen.... Feck me those W7s can kick! For a 10" sub the Bass level is simply incredible..... I'd love to hear a W7 13"....hmmmmmm I could fit one in the boot somewhere.... The 13 doesn't kick as well IMO. The bigger area makes it that bit less responsive and the 10 drops more than well enough! Wait until they're run in, and then see what they can do. If the enclosures hold up to it that is!!

hanel was with us at JTS and apart from a fruity smelling car was fine.

Now go and put the rest of the bolts in! Seriously, start the car, let it run, take it for a drive etc. Everything to make sure the throttle position sensor and the MAF are still reading OK.

There is a guide on plenum replacement in the guides section that might be a bit more useful than the instructions. Just remember to refer to the instructions when it gets to actually locating the bits of the plenum so it is properly spaced. It is easier than it sounds.

They have upped production today and the price has still gone up. It is the market messing about with oil prices testing how far they can push the consumer. Not funny.
