  1. Be patient, he's in hospital at the moment.
  2. Good stuff. Saw someone fleeced 4 hours labour by their stealer to do this!

Interesting. I wonder why Alan's so against it?
  4. We are all set up for a good night out in Liverpool! And come back to our cars on bricks
  5. I used to find I was getting staining on the rear bumper but it doesn't seem to be anywhere near as bad since I got my NISMO zorst.
  6. Whilst I'm impressed by your "c'est la vie" attitude, Will, I can't fathom why you seem to just be taking this on the chin? If it costs you £2k for the motor, it'll still cost you a small fortune in labour to get it fitted by someone who knows what they're doing. If it was OK before it went in to Nationwide, they gave it a clean bill of health and then it went pop a few miles later, my finger would be pointing at them. You need an independent engineer to ascertain what the cause of the failure was - these engines don't go pop on their own. Whatever you decide, good luck with it.
  7. So if this and the Evo were parked next to each other, you would steal the Evo X rather than that?
  8. I'd take the EVO X over this anyday...
  9. I'm quite sure that those staying in Chester will hook up for drinks and a meal. May even pop along myself!
  10. Send me a cheque and I might edit it out for you....
  11. Thats rubbish. I'd like to see them try to decline a payout. The only way i can see for them to payout is if the car is registered to the kid but then the parent is insured as the main driver but even then thats very loose ground...... I'm not so sure. The premium and indeed whether to provide cover at all is based upon the premise that the policyholder is the main driver. The insurer will argue that if they had known the main driver was a 17 year old they would have been at far greater risk and entitled to charge a far higher premium or even decline to insure. It can hardly be said to be a trivial non-disclosure and if it is clearly done to mislead the insurer and avoid paying the full premium I doubt you would get much sympathy from the ombudsman or a court.
  12. Sorry, don't like canards either. Too fussy on a Zed.
  13. Fair comment but surely with the added weight of the wing the difference shouldn't cause a problem?
  14. Steve, please pass on our best wishes on behalf of the team. Cheers.
  15. Not sure its lack of interest - just venue and date problems. Plus a few of us have been, or are still, on hols. I'd do Brum but clearly the 8th is no good. London may be more of a problem. We are all set up for a good night out in Liverpool!
  16. Just get some pictures up mate maybe to avoid this again, get some pics up of these with the site written in red pen on a piece of paper resting on them? That usually will get people on your side Or an Irn Bru can.
  17. Loving the Irn Bru for that extra bit of Scottish authenticity!
  18. Welcome aboard, mate! Spotted already - nice one!
  19. He didnt witness it, he heard a bang, he didnt see the collision. Doesn't stop him being a witness - his evidence could still be relevant. Of course, I'd have stopped.

How about Zed Chav? How about changing yours to Granny Puller Don't spam the lady's thread, please.
  21. I've never been a fan of the Veilside front but the rest of the car looks stunning. I'm particularly loving the bonnet and the lack of a hooooge wing. Looks a real quality job too!
