Apparently they are dropping the per person price as they feel that it would speed up access to the venue after last years fiasco for some and a lot of complaints where made by club reps who had it in the neck from some their members who had a horrendous time getting in

Does any one know how to set up a live video link so people can sit at home and view the event and then pretend they are there instead of actually meeting people face to face Go on try it who knows you may even enjoy it

Would have loved to have joined you all for a meal on the Friday night but when tried to book a room 6 weeks back it was fully booked so in a hotel in Swindon Had a good value meal where you are talking of eating was with martin and a couple of others a couple of years back and there was a screw up with the chef not getting the meals out all together and when I spoke to the manageress She let us all have the meals on the house She even offered us free drinks as well Was well worth the wait

I would advise to get there a fair bit earlier as at that time from what I have heard from previous years you could be queuing over an hour to get in

Just received mine - thanks Martin. However - please can you confirm what the contents of the envelope should have been? I've got 4x pages of track-time related info 1x pink Pit Lane pass for track session B4 1x colour car pass that states Gate A area TT (Track time). On the back of this it says 'This pass is not a ticket, entry with appropriate tickets only'. I dont have a ticket... should i have had? Cheers Chris. Tickets have arrived and all the 350guys tickets including m-zed89 and G-man have been posted on to martin by madmarco for distribution Final list showing all names and which club people are members of with the exception of m-zed89 and G-manon list

The G Man has bought 1 ticket and 1 pass All Sold out except last ticket and pass that is being sold only with the last remaining Track slot

And the size of the number plate as I found out 2 years ago even though it had been on the car for quite a few years There is easy money and nicks for them at Japfestto meet there quota

Martin have these people paid or not from your earlier pm I thought they had but looking at the list they do not have paid next to their names if they have not paid this will free up 11 entrance tickets 8 car passes and 2 track sessions and if this is the case I need to know asap as was going to purchase more entrance tickets tomorrow Monday as it is the last day for me to do this but if these 11 tickets are not sold it alters the whole situation drasticly 4.
