  1. The gun metal one has a full Nissan service history though!
  2. I saw this and took a look too, but I got offered little over 9k for my 53 plate, GT pack with Rays on their online valuation (see link in sig). With the market as it is though, it seems to be very tough to sell via a private ad, at least here in NI anyway. I suppose at least with these sort of schemes you can expect the money to be in your account within 24 hours, no messing about/risk etc. That said, you take a substantial hit on the value of the car. However, I'm surprised that it was more than the trade in value at Nissan! Did they give what looked like a good deal on the new car and then try to take the **** with the trade in or some such?
  3. I've updated the ad in my signature with all the pictures of the alloys + seat wear. Let me know if you'd like to know anything else!
  4. http://www.cellifieds.co.uk/categories/Motors/Cars/Nissan/350-Z/212-Gun-metal-nissan-350z.htm I've cut this price to try to get a sale. I need capital to invest in my company, so a genuine reason for sale. The market has been very quiet here and I've had no viewings and few phone calls. The car is in good condition, with few stone chips for the mileage and no dents/dings. There is scuffing on the alloys and a small scuff on the driver side seat bolster from entrance wear. Please, someone snap up this offer before I turn to tears...
  5. I've been on hols for the last week or so, so apologies if anyone couldn't reach me. I'm on the end of the phone again now.
  6. Yes, it is! I've had a few calls about it now, so I'm hoping it'll find a new home soon!
  7. Reduced to £13,000. Also, added it to Pistonheads too again: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/616558.htm FYI, I've still not had any viewings, so please don't think the condition of the car is putting anyone off. There just seems to be very little interest in general.
  8. I think it makes a big difference to fuel economy if you drive steadily, although it's not as much fun! I hardly go on motorways over here in Ireland, but I still tend to get 26mpg with a mixture of steady and swift driving on country roads.
  9. Updated details... it's up for sale again! Is there any summer interest over here in NI? http://www.cellifieds.co.uk/categories/Motors/Cars/Nissan/350-Z/212-Gun-metal-nissan-350z.htm P.S. Please take a look around that website; it's my new service for buying/selling things over mobile phones. It was launched recently, so if you want to sell anything there, give it a go and send me some feedback via 'get in touch' on how you got on!
  10. I've decided to keep the car for the time being. There seems to be zero interest at the moment (no calls, no emails, let alone viewings). I guess I'll just have to enjoy driving it instead!
  11. Re grounding kit, as Stew said really! Thick wiring to smooth the engine nicely, especially at low revs (most pronounced when moving in slow traffic imo). The one I fitted is from our very own Spill!
  12. Reduced it again to see if I can drum up some interest!
  13. The market is very quiet. I'm not sure if it's just NI or everywhere, but I've not even had a viewing yet! A few people have shown interest and one was very interested "has to sell his car first". Compared to the last car I sold, it's very quiet!
  14. Falkens all the way imo... I've just fitted my second set after being very happy with the first set. Better than the Bridgestones in the wet and dry in my experience and are much better suited to UK weather. They're a lot cheaper too! EDIT: BTW, I got about 15k miles out of the last set, with the fronts only starting to wear a bit. I replaced all 4 to keep the handling balanced though!
  15. Thanks! I've priced it to sell, so I hope to get some interest and a swift sale!
  16. Hi Lee, I've just put up my UK GT Pack spec 350z up for sale. It's on pistonheads too, but here is a link on this forum: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... 416#174416 Let me know if you're interested or have any questions. BTW, if you think sourcing a 350z in NI is hard, you should try looking for a VX220! I'm hoping I'll find something suitable though as I don't fancy the people carrier just yet!
  17. Thanks guys! It took some effort to make myself put it up for sale, so I'm hoping it won't be too painful watching it drive off! I'm sure it'll find a good new home though! I'll send the NI guy a message too and let him know about my car.
  18. http://www.drivewire.eu/categories/Motors/Cars/212-Gun-Metal-Nissan-350z.htm I've cut this price to try to get a sale. I need capital to invest in my company, so a genuine reason for sale. £9,500, no offers. See the ad for more details.
  19. Ah, thanks... I'll take a look at the pump next time I need to fill up. Tbh, if it stays the same price, it's good value too. Tesco 99 was over a pound a litre in Southampton. Asda at 91.9 is about the best I could find around here for standard unleaded, but 96p odd for 99 RON is a bit of a bargain imo! EDIT: P.S. The roads are SO much better to drive on over here. In Southampton there was traffic everywhere. Now I get fun back roads on the way to my office every day!
  20. I moved over here recently and this is good news to hear! I was just talking to someone the other day about how I used to use Tesco 99 in England as it was noticeably better and now Maxol are doing something similar too! Is it going to be used at all Maxol stations then? Will it be labelled in some way to let us know which type of unleaded it is?
