sarnie don't confuse the GT4 engine (same as the 2006 model) with the new VQ35HR which is very different from the VQ35DE which we all have on here. The HR has dual intakes for example. Have a search on here there's a few pdf documents I posted about the new engine, substantial difference mate.

our bonnets will not be swappable on the 07 HR model. I'll be curious to test drive one tbh, want to see if there really is a noticeable difference. I don't care about new models tbh, never saw my Z as an investment.

yup it's a copy. tbh apart from the latching issue and me wanting to install the aerocatch locks the finish is quite good. The prepping I was referring to is the cutting I've done for the aerocatch, and light sanding around some edges, but that's it. surely a bodyshop would have charged for it though deal too good to be refused, tbh. Will get painted with the bumper at the same time, not bothering with the wing blending tbh, shouldn't be an issue, but we'll see. Bonnet and bumper are same material so should be pretty good colour match, if done at the same time.

heard about the problem on the rays, but not on the standards? but yeah give it a try!
