  1. No worries, not really in a rush. passengers side is most important but would potentially take both depending on price and availability
  2. Hey Alex Any luck with this strip?
  3. As you can see from my photo, the roof trim strip on my car is coming loose, slowly getting worse over time. Am I right in thinking that the only official way to replace it is with this whole part? https://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/genuine-nissan-350z-03-09-outer-a-pillar-trim-finisher.html Has anyone found an alternative way of replacing just the plastic/rubber strip that's coming loose?
  4. I'm looking for a replacement handbrake lever in good condition in the tan leather ( to fit a HR 2008 model) There's a couple on eBay but the condition isn't great so thought I'd check here before I settle for one of those. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256641857030 Cheers Martin
  5. Sold, no longer available
  6. Original exhaust from a 2008 350z HR. This was previously on another forum members car, I'm only selling as I now have an aftermarket one. Between both cars it's done and estimated 55k miles. I had no problems with the exhaust and I've done my best to show condition in the pictures but can take more pics if required. Collection only from Milton Keynes. £100
  7. I have a set of aftermarket depo headlights on my Z, they are for left hand drive / Europe so will most likely fail an MOT here. I've heard of other people with these headlights getting through their MOTs without issue.... The time for a new MOT is nearly here so trying to figure out how other people do it. Do I need a "friendly" MOT centre? If so can anyone recommend someone in or around Milton Keynes?
  8. Interesting idea, I actually have some thin cork sheets I could cut up and layer underneath. Not sure if I should be worried about it potentially being flammable or melty around the hot engine
  9. I've just replaced my battery, I bought exactly the same make and model as was already there but I guess in the last few years they've made it smaller. The bracket no longer holds it firmly down. For now I've put a squash racket grip between the battery and bracket so it will hold. Anyone else had this issue, how did you resolve it? Is there a spacer or something you can buy to raise the battery up a little? Fully prepared for one of you to tell me I am doing something wrong 😂
  10. Hi, is this still available as I might be interested, is there anything extra I would need to have it installed?
  11. Thanks for the offer. I'm in Germany right now and not sure when I'll be back in the UK but if I haven't got this sorted next time I'm back I might take you up on it.
  12. Interesting thought, would there be an issue with having a worse seal when reassembling though? I was hoping to avoid taking everything apart only to find out I do need to buy something then having to put it all back again... If someone has a set sitting around and has the time to check it would be appreciated but the LED lights aren't to expensive and look quite nice so I think I'll just get those. Looks like torqen sell them as well so don't have to rely on a dodgy eBay seller
  13. Thanks for the reply. I am struggling to find a pair of 2nd hand ones from a German / EU car which is why I was looking at the LED ones but I will have one last try to get OEM ones before I buy these
  14. I am going to be exporting my car to Germany. One of the requirements will be for the fog light to be on the left instead of right. I was thinking about buying something like these https://www.ebay.de/itm/233623400174 Then splitting the wire for the fog and reverse lights or extending them to reach the opposite sides. Before I do that though I was wandering if anyone knows can I just take the existing lights, swap the left and the right and turn them upside down? They look like they would fit but I haven't taken the bumper off to have a close look to see if they really are symmetrical like that... Anyone had experience doing something similar?
  15. I am moving to Germany and want to bring my 350z with me. Has anyone ever done this before and know what I need to change to make sure it passes the inspections / TUV etc over there? I was thinking about buying the DEPO headlights which are for left hand drive anyway but am unsure of the ones with smoked lenses will be ok in Germany and am struggling to find any info on it. Does anyone here know?
