There should be a 4 digit dot code stamped on the side. Usually under inflation scrubs the wall, that looks like age.

I have the same bodge on my exhaust near that section, and it IS blowing slightly, so I ain't gonna judge the bodge or potnetial for blowing, god knows it happens. In my head HFC's are more important.

Gotta say I feel awesome about my underside with 125k on the clock and 06 plate. Only bit that's not immaculate is the pipe leading to the back box.

I saw a blue chrome wrapped A4 estate at silverstone one year, it looked the dogs. A bugger with fingerprints but looked ace. It worked because of the muscular lines of the arches so may have a similar effect on the zed

Yeah the tc needs turning off, might e even give faster lap times. I still thought the celebrity was on too long, but at least Tennant got involved a bit more.

I know they can do that for brake readings and there is less of a paper trail then. I've heard of place probing a standard 350 to get a modified one through, some kid asked me if I'd do the same. In the end he bought a standard system and got us to fit it for him then put his AM one after it had passed.

The difficulty is the mot station is required by law to keep an emissions print out with the centres copy of the paperwork. Looking the other way wont be enough, theyd have to emissions test another car. I've heard of places doing this and getting away with it, and doing it and getting shut down.

Ditto. Yeah I did assume once Silverstone was done it'd start appearing.
