What Interenet browser are you using Chris. I think with IE there is a problem with the software and the Fast Reply is always. Have you just updated your IE software. It doesn't do this on Firefox Well it does on Firefox now.........

OK I'll put it down to SLOW and DUMB

I've got the black buttons 'Post Reply' and 'Fast Reply' of the left of the screen. Under that a 'Quick reply' heading accross the screen with all the bits to reply under that. Bold,ital, Smilies etc. Then 'Preview' 'Submit' under that.Like what you get with Post/Fast Reply. I don't have to click 'Post' or 'Fast' reply anymore That's how I've posted this. Am I being dumb in some way and not noticed this before ?
