Sorry mate, didn't mean that comment to sound snobby or anything. Before I got my Zed I was looking at kits and the Chargespeed type 2 was the one I wanted. The entire kit is over $2.5k plus shipping and import duty and tax etc so trust me if mine didnt have it on already I wouldnt have paid that amount and wouldve gone for cheaper copies and I would now be in the same position as you. I believe it is the parts at fault but I also know one or 2 bodyshops that will fit anything to anything and do it happily and to a fantastic standard. They do of course take their time over it to make sure anything looks as factory as possible including the paint finish. This of course costs alot more than just banging it on and whacking some paint on as you are paying for their time.

The genuine Chargespeed Type 2 rear bumper alone is $1k plus shipping and import tax etc. For that price it is bang on with a perfect fit. So IMO unless you spend even close to this then you are going to need to make modifications, By the time you are done you could have spent close to the price of the genuine one. Not sure on the price of the wing but the principal is the same. You do get what you pay for with any kind of body work whether its body panels/parts or paintwork. Hopefully you can either get your money back for the inferior parts or get it to sit poperly

As title suggests I have for sale a pair of CLEAR clusters for the 350Z. Reverse, indicator rear fog etc. Only reason for sale is replacing with LED clusters so surplus to requirements. Cleaned them up and they are in very good condition. Included is the wiring harness for both sides and a full set of bulbs including chromed indicator bulbs for a more subtle look when on the vehicle. £50 delivered:

Cheers mate, I do like them. They were the last smoked item I needed after I fitted smoked side repeaters. One thing I will say is to get some silicone sealant and go around the edges again as many people have said about leaking. Mine looked a little sparse so I went over them. Hopefully they will be fine.

Cheers mate, Im loving them. Just need to upgrade the front indicator bulbs as one of the previous owners did a good job of putting a black insert in the headlights so they appear darker but unfortunately it covers the reflector for the indicators and the chrome bulbs do not show enough light during the daytime so people cant see me indicating. Going to go for an LED bulb on those to see if that makes a difference. Also got rid of the sidelights I put in a couple of weeks ago. I bought some LED ones that said 'Ice White with a hint of blue' but they were 100% bright blue. Replaced with 'Pure White' LEDs and so much better with less chance of getting pulled over haha.

Fitted a set of LED rear lower lights. Wired up the indicators, reverse lights and fog lights on both sides. I have left the sidelight and brake light functions as I dont think it goes very well with the rest of the brake lights connected etc. Well chuffed as I didnt even need to remove the rear bumper. Got some pics earlier: Before: After:

Installed the lights tonight and its made a massive difference. Wired up just the fogs to the red strip. Will grab some pics tomorrow.

Cheers mate, just been to a local motor factor and they had the correct pins to fit the connectors so grabbed a slack handful. Also grabbed some sealant and just gone over the lights to ensure no moisture will get inside as I dont want to be pulling the bumper back off to redo the sealant.

Thanks for the offer mate that's great. I will take a look at her this weekend but if I cant figure it then I will give you a shout. I know Upton, Ive been flooded in several times haha. I used to work on the science park in Malvern several years ago and some colleagues lived in Upton. I cant do anything until the weekend as the supplier forgot to pack the resistor packs in the box so have to wait for those to turn up. Did you purchase the spare pin or just have it left over? I might try to source some spare pins so I can tidy the wiring up inside the connectors.

Mine are a set with a separate red strip around the edge specifically for brake lights and fog lights. Due to this there is a wire that comes out of the new units connected to this light which I will then be connecting to the feed for the fog light. Just need to know the colour of the wire passing the signal for the fog light so I can tap it into the passenger side aswell. Added a pic below of the units I have got. I wont be wiring the side lights or brake lights up to these units only the fog light (and of course the reverse and indicators).

The new clusters are mate but the existing ones are not LED.

Evening guys, So I have just bought some new reverse/indicator/fog light units. Having a look at the wiring for the units and I figured I would need to wire up the passenger side unit to the feed on the drivers side. Now I havent had a chance to get the rear bumper off yet so not seen the wiring etc behind there. I have also discovered that my rear fog light does not work so hoping its just a bulb thats gone or the previous owner has removed it for whatever reason when they put the clear lights on. Question I have is does the feed for the rear fog come through the standard 4 pin connector on the drivers side if so does anyone know what the colour coding is for the wire I need to tap into? Will save me tapping into each wire until I get the right one. Thanks in advance

Haha that was the first 'mod' that happened when I got it home, that sticker came off haha!!

It has the full genuine Chargespeed (I think its type 2) body kit. There a tonne of extra led's on this all hooked up to switches inside the cabin but there are issues with most of them. I am in the process of sorting them out to get them functional. So will have some drl's sorted soon enough
