  1. Black box was never an option. I just wanted to put it there to show how much better value for money flux Direct policy was, but there's always a reason something is far cheaper. No I've never had a claim, I've only got 1 years NCB because when I went to University for 3 years I sold my car. I've been named driver on other policies here and there but never main driver. £1200-1500 is double the going rate ? So you reckon I could get it for £600-750 fully comp on a V6 at 21 years old ? As much as I would love that it would be brill 😠but I think that's fairly un-likely given my age. I'm in a really good postcode too and a minimum risk job. I'll probably go with Admiral see if I can get them down any more over the phone ðŸ‘🼠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Yes I think age is a restriction with Chris Knott and also believe you need atleast 1 years experience of driving that car already. Thanks anyway Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I agree but when I was younger, so much younger, I had to go cheap. Although I couldn't afford a Zed at 21. I could hardly afford the clapped out Capri I had. Times were different then. Worked my bum off and been saving for a very long time to get my Zed 😠Every penny I have is money I've earned. Will probably go with Admiral, £1500 fully comp. not too bad considering I'm 21. 5. Sounds good but the other car isn't up for renewal until June, will look into it though, thanks for the tip ðŸ‘🼠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I think your personal experience alone has concreted me not taking a policy out with them. Always suspicious when something looks too good to be true. Thanks Ian Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Hi Guys, I'm getting insurance quotes from Money Supermarket: •Flux Direct - £1200 •Admiral - £1200 (With Black Box Fitted) •Admiral - £1500 •Elephant - £1500 Flux direct is coming out far cheaper and without a black box. However I've read some horror story reviews from them.. one review saying as they processed their policy it changed some of their details, (suspecting they did this to void a claim in future) this also happened to me when I was re-directed to flux direct website it took off one of my additional drivers and changed my home owner details. Has anybody any experience with Flux Direct ? Was keen to go with them until I started reading the reviews. I'm 21 yrs, held license for 4 years, 1 years NCB. Named driver on another policy. Thanks in advance for any advice ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
  8. Dyson all the way! Easily the most powerful vacuum on the market, yes it's a fair chunk of cash but 100% worth it. You get what you pay for in this world. They do tool kits for using in the car, extension hose is really useful to get inbetween the seats and dashboard etc. The V8 cordless one runs for 40 minutes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Lol, sounds a bit like a car for sale advert or review... Make: Rabbit. Model: Talula Year of first release: 2014 Mileage: 240,000 hops Runs on: All know food sources Always warmed up before starting, not handled much, good body work, usual age related marks... Hahaha that was the intention 😸 that's great 'Mileage: 240,000 hops' 😂 like that ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
  10. Talula looks lovely Steph. It did make me chuckle though that you wrote "Make: Rabbit". Like someone might mistake it for a puppy or kitten. No offence intended btw, thought it was sweet. Hahah I just copied the format of the original post where they put 'make' and 'model' etc just a bit of fun 😸
  11. Name: Talula Nicknames: Lula, Luly Make: Rabbit Model: Cross breed female she's 1/4 English lop. She's the size of your average pug! Age: Turning 2 years old on July 16th 2016 Likes: Food -any food, literally will eat anything from pistachio nuts to walkers prawn cocktail crisps to bread! She loves attention and her ears being massaged. Dislikes: Being picked up and cuddled😢 never has liked being picked up since I've had her (8 weeks old when I got her) doesn't like me when I get her carry case out -she's not a fan of that thing She is an indoor Bunny but occasionally goes out with me for walks in her harness 🰠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. So glad I read this thread, was actually going to view a 350z from junction 17 seems to be much lower prices than anywhere else and is only 30 mins from me, but now I'm going to steer very clear! Sorry to hear about your experience! Terrible when things like that happen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. As a perspective buyer I'd say it may be because the GT spec'd ones are more popular. Although yours is at such a good price for the mileage if it's the J88 one?

  15. I'm on here and I'm looking to buy a 350z! 😎 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Haha, it ticks all the boxes but I'm not available to view it until 9th May, wouldn't like to put a deposit down without viewing. And can't expect him to wait for me. Gutted though as its everything I'm looking for. Let me know if sale falls through or something. Best of luck ðŸ‘🼠Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Ah nice, yeah he literally just left. Heard it roar off, went up to the window and smiled to myself😄 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Didn't catch the number plate but was parked up with the engine running in Gunwharf residential...10:45pm Anyone on here? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Hi Vlad, Yeah I fully appreciate that but I'm only going to have it for 3 years or so before I sell it on, so I don't want to buy one with 90K miles and then struggle to sell it because it's racked up to £120K + (il be using it as my daily) Amazing £800 is super cheap but I have already put both parents on and gone through most comparisons sites.. Going to try Adrian flux as I don't think they are on comparison sites. Probably get a cheaper price going directly to them aswell. Thankyou for the help! í ½í±Â🏼 That's fair enough. Have you tried adding your parents one by one? Like add your dad 1st and see the price. Then do same quote, but add just your mum and see the price. As when i was doing i remember prices were different for each parent and were more expensive for my step dad than my mums (even tho he was driving for longer with clean license and no accidents). Good luck! Yeah I remember playing around with insurance forms for days when I got my first car, haven't had a proper fiddle yet but roughly I've been getting £2100-£2300 il wait until I'm closer to buying until I have a proper go at it. Thanks Vlad!
  20. Oh gosh I'm not sure id want to risk that, as as clever and stupid that is I think it would be just my luck to have a crash within them 12 weeks..
  21. Il be using it as a daily however I did put in 5K per year.. I mean how are they really going to know? I don't think it's like a restriction it's more of an estimate rather than them saying if you do more than 5K in a year we aren't paying out. Thanks for your pointer, appreciated Be careful with that, yes it's an estimate but if you go over it they will be asking questions, if you go way over it, it's a great reason for them to throw out a claim if they wanted too. They can check your millage from the MOT's, I work for an insurance broker. Edit - Hi By the way, Welcome to the forum Ah, caught red handed! Ahah perhaps it would be best I put in a more accurate representation of how many miles il cover in a year..
  22. Oh crikey that's steep! Definitely not about that monthly game🙌🼠£1100 is pretty decent for 20 years old and all mods in. I've just been looking on comparison sites so far but will definitely go to places direct, will be trying Adrian flux too.
  23. Ooo not sure about 12 weeks with a box... The first 12 weeks is when I'd want to be enjoying it the most! Ha! Depends how much it cuts it down to.. 👀 but unless it's £500 then I think I'd rather pay £2K and not have the box for 3 months, some may think that's stupid but I feel if I get a box on a 3.5 V6 it's pointless having it 😅
  24. Glad to hear! Girls where are you hiding? 🙋ðŸ¼
