Hi guys, With winter coming up and my trusty £100 Clio sitting in my garage, I think its time I thought about retiring the zed in a couple of months and driving the Clio around. I want to continue my zed insurance and the quotes on the Clio with 0 no claims are ridiculous. It's just an idea at the moment but does anyone know of companies who would mirror my no claims that I have on the zed? I'm 23 btw if that makes a difference. Cheapest I can find atm is £90 a month.

Hr bonnet fits a de though? HR bonnet fits DE but not other way round. HR has the bump due to the engine sitting a bit higher I think

Do these get rid of the throttle restriction in 1st and 2nd gear or just alter the sensitivity of the pedal?

In my office everyone seems to think I should have got an Audi A3 S line or a BMW 1 series M Sport...

My aerial base thread has gone (someone stole the aerial and messed up the thread, new aerial wont screw in) and instead of faffing around with a tap set I'm thinking I'll just change the base itself. Anyone breaking a Z or have one of these lying around?

These have been driven on for approx 2000 miles but I recently changed alloys which came with tyres so have no need for these anymore. Not a bad little mid range tyre to be honest, never had any worries using them. There's plenty of tread left on each as shown in pics, haven't got exact measurements but can get a pic with a coin or something to show if needed. £40 collected from B29 takes both tyres. Not worth the weight to deliver unfortunately.

From what I've heard, the one from later models isn't much better. By the sounds of it, you have the same sat nav that was in mine... the perfect size to fit a tablet behind.

Got them from SRB Power. They even guessed it was a Nissan due to the staggered setup I went for and sent the correct spigot rings after I forgot to tell them what car they were for.

I personally treat it like a GT cruiser. Almost any hot hatch these days would give a Z a good beating unfortunately.
