  1. Ill give it a try on monday at work all day tomorrow 😞 ill let you know if that works .
  2. Its about 1cm from the full mark ? Ill give the garage a call in the morning thanks though
  3. I would recommend to protect them gtechniq I1 smart fabric .It makes them water and stain resistand and lasts around a year or so . I did mine a few months ago . You literally soak the fabric only not the leather in the stuff leave it atleast a day to dry thats it . It doesnt effect the colour or feel of the fabric http://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/gtechniq/-i1-smart-fabric-anti-bacterial.aspx
  4. Ill go check now just had its first service though
  5. Hi guys , My 370z is throwing up the brake warning light (same as hand brake light) and the esp light sometimes when i put my foot down abit . They go back off when i restart the car and dont come on unless you give the accelerator a big squeeze. Any ideas ? Ill get it booked in the garage tomorrow .
  6. Thanks dude I'll check out the web can't wait never been to Scotland befor not sure why as your roads and scenery look out of this world ! Hopefully the first of many fingers crossed
  7. Thanks best get planning the petrol stations haha . Doing the full route pretty much with a few changes. Got hotels sorted . driving straight to ben nevis staying their for 2 nights in a small lodge as we are doing the hike up and down . From their to sky then to Torridon staying at the Torridon lol. Next day heading along the coast to John O'grotes stopping at a place called ackergill tower for the night then setting off down the east coast to Edingbrough for the night not sure of the name of the hotel. Then making our way back stopping the night in Hull at my parents place then back to surrey . Pretty epic drive for me but I'm hoping it will be worth it and the rain holds off haha ? Any recommendations on places to see things to do ?
  8. Hi all , me and my two brothers are doing the noth coast 500 in Scotland we are setting off on 23rd April to the 28th April. Just after a few pointers if any one on here has done it ? All our cars are pretty juicy my 370z nismo , a GTR and a megan RS.I've done enough planning and we should be ok for fuel but if we take a wrong turn .... I'm thinking of taking along a 20ltd Jerry can for back up ? Another thing is I'm not sure weather the petrol stations in route do high octane fuel , this is my worry as I have never put anything other than shell vpower in her .Will it be safe running normal fuel? I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not but my car has been mapped on vpower after the bolt on mods ? I've heard you can buy octane booted in bottles would this be any use to us ? Any advice appreciated please THANKS 😊
  9. What sort of wear should you exspect is say my driving is fairly lively as I carnt resist the accelerater would they last to 9000 miles or alot less? my pockets dont go deep enough for anything that's going to be destroyed after a few thousand miles haha
  10. Is 9000miles hard wearing for this car?haha I used to get 17000miles out of the mpss(fronts) I had on my vw scirocco. Any one running the cup 2 tires heard these are the bollocks for summer driving ?
  11. I'm just going to replace the rears for the same this time around then when the fronts need doing judging from what people are saying I'll go for the mpss
  12. Sorry I meant swap all four I'd never mix tires haha I loved the mps3 on my old car maybe it was just the fact it was front wheel drive , had a dsg gear box and only 200bhp is why it felt like it handled better than this car haha
  13. Seems most are going for these im not impressed by the potenzas . my vw scirocco I had before this had mps3 and they had more feedback then these tires
  14. Is it worth just getting new rear Bridgestone then changing to mpss in the summer ? Or do they handle the winter months just as good ?
  15. So my car has hit 9000 miles and I think my rear tires will make it to 10000 then they have about has it ps I do spend alot of time sideways haha. They are just the Bridgestones stock from factory on the nismo v2. What sort of mileage is every one else getting ??I was hoping they was going to last me the winter but I carnt see it as I'd like to get a semi slick tire for the summer months .
  16. I hate the face we are in some cases forced to pay to watch live sports. With the majority of everything we see and watch somewhere trying to promote healthy lifestyles I find it a joke that it would costs a fortune to watch F1 , Moto GP ,football, boxing and UFC..... all of which have icons and inspirational people who have inspired me growing up and formed my life how it is now . No wonder kids nowadays are turning to gaming and the internet as it can be to exspensive for their parents to watch let alone the kids!
  17. Just a quick update . I now have a new clutch and fly wheel kit which I have posed about in the modificatons page. Horsham developments found that their was a tear in the csc(slave cylinder) rubber which was probably causing the problem by contaminating the clutch with fluid casusing is to slipp at speed then scorching the friction plate when it eventually gripped.Having been into WestWay Nissan Alsershot and showed them this they said nothing other than its not a nissan approved garage so my case is useless to them .Not that I'm fussed as I know have a great bit of kit fitted its just the service I have received thats upset me. Not even one apology!
  18. I'd definatly recommend this kit but I have only done 60 miles with is now haha so I don't have much to go by yet
  19. I know it is a shame it looked so beautiful â¤
  20. Yes they are Good! haha we will have to have a drive out in the summer see if we can get a few of us together from this area .Yeah the drive is a nightmare and as I found out this morning the traffic light doesn't work for my motorbike for some reason
  21. So after my clutch started slipping on my new car after 6000 miles and nissan refused to replace it I had enough of waiting around and trying to fight my case . I purchase a new extreme clutch and light weight fly wheel which includes a new csc and braided clutch line. This was recommended by Horsham developments who also carried out the task of fitting and as always with them they have done a smashing job and I'm already over the moon with the new kit having only done 40miles. I'm currently on a running in period of 600miles before I can drive aggressively but I can already feel the benefits of the lighter single mass fly 1st 2nd and 3rd the car seems to accelerate and pick-up revs alot faster the difference is night and day so much better I would definatly recommend this mod .As for a stiffer clutch pedal yes but it's only marginal with this kit also the noise of the fly wheel is also marginally louder than stock. It also isnt snappy as its not a paddle clutch so still drives ok in traffic. I'll do another post once it's ran in
