  1. That steering wheel looks fantastic. How much was it to have it recovered?
  2. What wheels are these? This looks perfect on 30mm springs. How do you find it for scraping over speed bumps???
  3. That looks gorgeous! Can we see more pics?
  4. Must get a look at your thread. Is a V2 bumper lower or something? I'm not quite sure what that is to be honest...
  5. What price can these JR3 wheels in 19" be supplied for including delivery??
  6. Totally standard yeah, the additional body bits help the looks a lot and there's not much of an arch gap after putting on the front wheel spacers. Looks brilliant mate, well done :-)
  7. You're running the exact same wheels and same specs? Have you any pics and how much are you lowered?
  8. I'll find his thread. Thanks buddy
  9. I will go with the best looking wheels I can find within my budget. I don't mind if a few others have similar or identical wheels. Thanks for ur help though :-)
  10. Front - 9.5j ET12 Rear - 12j ET20 I will be lowering on coilovers to the required look.... Probably around 20-25mm
  11. Thanks bud. So you have yours set at the absolute softest they will go? Just asking because I know there are 30-something dampening settings, right? I suppose they're the only way to go as they give room for adjustability for different wheels and driving needs. Makes sense since I'd be spending £250 on the eibach springs anyway, wouldn't entertain any of the others. Have u any pics of yours as it sits?
  12. I'm new to the forum (and 350z ownership) so forgive me if this is similar to a question previously asked (I did do a search but couldn't find exactly what I was after) Basically, I'm wanting to know what realistically is the lowest I can go without major scraping? I will be using the car daily and do have to get over 3 speed bumps to get into my house. They're not monstrous speed bumps, but they are there unfortunately. I really would love to go for 30mm drop but not sure how badly that will affect me or whether to stay closer to a 20mm drop. I guess what would convince me would be seeing some of your cars with different drops on different springs so I could make an informed choice If it makes any difference, I'm fitting 19" Japan racing JR3 (9.5j ET20). I can get over minor scraping but I can't tolerate arch rubbing. Also, I have considered spending £700 on BC Racing coilovers but obviously would rather save in areas where I can get away with a cheaper alternative, I.e. Springs. I don't want to have a ridiculously harsh ride on a daily driver as I've no such experience with coilovers (apart from £200 eBay specials I once got for my Ibiza FR lol)
  13. I think he means arch gap as in top of tyre to to arch, which offset or 18, 19 will not help with, only lowering. Jonty, rolling diameter stays the same with 18's, 19's or 20's, or should do, to be in line with your current rolling diameter (overall size inc tyre). Basically your tyre profile gets smaller to allow for the extra wheel diameter, so whatever your gain in wheel size, you loose in tyre size. Use this to help you keep near the same: http://www.tyresave.co.uk/tyresize.html This has just made my decision on going for 19s. Maybe stupid, but I never really thought about the 18s and 19s overall rolling diameter being of the same size due to variations in tyre wall depth. Thanks lol! I can live with discomfort, I want the 19s lol
  14. I find most 18s look lost in the arches unless you go low enough. But then that will mean major scraping over speed bumps (at least for me anyway)
  15. These wheels look great! Is that completely standard height at the most recent picture?? I really want to stay with 18s for mine but struggle to resist with how good 19s look in comparison to 18s
  16. These look brilliant! I'm having a dilemma at the moment in choosing wheels for my new 350 :/ Japan racing seem to be the best for style, quality and price imo
  17. Hi do u still have the centre console? I'd be interested so I can get it dipped while keeping my own standard one good :-)
  18. Sorry for thE thread hijack, but Are the ones from Clarke Motorsport genuine ones? Do they fit straight up to my 04 loom?
  19. I'm new to the forum but I've wanted one of these for Ages! Having viewed and test driven most that popped up for sale, I found this one.... 2004 350z GT - 69k miles - Full Nissan service history - Completely standard. good base for me to work from - usual GT spec, black leather, Bose etc Car is faultless inside and out - didn't give me much ground to bargain with the seller but hey.... I couldn't be happier I'll get better pics of the car soon but for now... Plans are: - Coilovers - 18" or 19" Wheels still undecided (thinking Enkei RPF1s or JR10s.... - Full bolt on extras including intake, exhaust + decays, plenum spacer and maybe eventually a remap - Evo style skirts and front splitter Open to suggestions) - LED tail lights - Carbon goodies inside - Double din head unit
  20. Looks great! Basically identical to the one I've just bought myself. Health to drive
