I've been giving my car a proper going over with loads of different products. I did the following Meguiars clay kit. Auto glym hd cleanser. 2x coats ag srp. 2x coats poorboys diamond white glaze. 2x coats ag extra gloss protection. 2x coats collinite paste wax I did 2 coats of each product to ensure I didn't miss any. With cleaning the car as well this is getting on for 8 hours. I've done it over a couple of days. My question is how often to reapply any of the above? If the egp is keeping the srp and glaze protected and then the collinite is supposed to last a year will I be wasting products waxing every week? For example if in 2 weeks time I put some poorboys or srp on it will it go through the collinite wax and get to scratches or will it just cover scratches that's happened since the wax? Are these still available and is the price still £15? Are they are good match to the steering wheel controls?

If you get one with a motorised screen it'll catch on the top. Mine did and I had to cut/file about 3mm from the top of the facia. I contacted in car tech where I bought it from. I wouldn't sell......but my 350 is pretty much the same as yours 04 with 66k, it's had wheels refurbished and just had a load of paint. I wouldn't sell for less then 7k but between 6 and 7k us where I think it would be. I'd keep it in the family and get a manual 300zx tt I've always liked them Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

These are not cheap, £115 is the normal price for them. £115 from mtec, h-dev and loads of other places. I got mine on a GB for £75 direct from goodridge.......That's cheap. Only thing it could possibly be is to have stainless fittings instead of zinc Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Thanks for response. Mainly driving is commuting to work with a fairly fast drive every other weekend or so. I also wanted low dust so think the red stuff is the perfect pad but unfortunately I can't stretch to them at the moment. Got my car back from paint shop a month ago, then sons birthday I need 2 new front tyres and need new discs so just wondered if I got the £38 brembo pads if they would be worse then oem? I want to change my brake pads. Are the oem pads you get on a 350z the brembo sport pads which cost about £120 for the fronts or the normal brembo ones that cost about £38 for fronts? As above really, since Wednesday night I have not been able to get on the forum whilst connected to my home wifi. I am at my mums now and I'm obviously on it fine and when I'm out and about using my mobile Internet it works fine. Just fitting my pioneer head unit which so far has taken me ages but is going fine. I've got a reversing camera that fits into the numberplate light. I haven't really got a clue how to wire it or where to run the cables. Anyone know of a guide to help? Also could do with a guild on how to take the interior plastic near the handbrake out so I can put my USB leads to the cubby the original Bluetooth is in. I've had a look but can't find either. I'm going to be fitting my new pioneer stereo next week. It comes with a hdmi port but no lead. Is it worth buying one and putting more cables through the car? Thanks for the offer Mike but I'm going to go for what I've already got on the back. Hankook ventus v12. Not a bad tyre and certainly not the worst but I want them all to match as the back have only done 5000 miles. Ideally I'd get all 4 done for mpss but having just spent a load on bodywork and paint, and I'm fairly sure I need new front discs as I get a peddle judder when I brake I just can't afford all 4. The car is not actually lowered, well it all looks stock from what I can see. Looks like I'll be getting wheel alignment looked at then. Is any one place better then an other? Got a bit of uneven tyre wear on both fronts on the inside. Has the previous owner set it up like this to improve handling or is it totally wrong and need doing. There is only about 2.5mm left on the tyres anyway. If I put spacers on will this make it worse? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

My work is 6.5 miles away. If I go there and back for 5 days and don't use the car for anything else I get 23mpg. That's 2 miles at 50mph and 4.5 miles on 30mph through town. I've had my car parked in the garage for a week now since I had the nismo kit fitted and sprayed, as well as rear bumper, boot and bonnet. I want the paint to look as good as it possibly can as will never be as mark free. The car has also had a full machine Polish. I was going to wash it, give it 2 lots of auto glym super resin polish. 2 lots Poorboys diamond white glaze. 2 lots of auto glym extra gloss protect. 2 lots of g3 super gloss paste wax. Does this sound about right? I also have a new bottle of auto glym hd cleanser. It it worth using this before the srp? Am I doing things in the right order? Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Thanks Jay, it doesn't look bad I suppose. The spoiler is genuine nismo usdm. Which when I bought it is thought it would touch but it's only the jdm one that does.
