  1. I have tried NDSII lite but there is an error after the obd adaptor connects. Can't find NDSIII lite on playstore for some reason
  2. Sorry to bring up an old thread but I'm having the same problems as the OP. I have tried a number of apps and a couple of adaptors ( that work in other cars) but can't connect to the zed. Anyone found a solution or an app that will work with the zed?
  3. Very nice. I'm currently at Kaiser getting some work done so may see this beast later. Also the red GTR here, sure this is on the forum too?
  4. I saw that yesterday and nearly spat my tea out! If it sells for anywhere near that (it shouldn't) an upgrade to a 370z may be in order
  5. Good to see another local zed. Get some pics up!
  6. Sounds great but as the others have said, we need pictures!
  7. I highly recommend Sly at Kaizer Motors. I make the journey up there from the Brighton area since I know the car will be in looked after properly and also prices are good
  8. Hopefully it'll be ok for what I need it for. Paintwork is pretty spotless but just want to give it that bit extra with the clay etc.
  9. Thanks guys I thought that would be the case but didn't want to go and ruin the paint if I was wrong
  10. I have bought TRIX iron and tar remover to use before claying my car for the first time and assumed it will be ok to use on wheels and bodywork but a friend has warned me against using it on the body. With the zeds fragile paint I thought I would get clarification from you guys before using it. Will it be ok on the body? (Especially areas with stone chips) Anything else I should be aware of when using it? I am prepared for the smell
  11. Thanks guys. I left my car with the guys at dent magician for a few days. Had the wheels done and a few minor door dents taken out for £350 all in including VAT which I thought isn't too bad. Plus they area 15min walk from my house which was handy
  12. Just picked the car up so car is looking a bit more show worthy Anyone coming from Sussex (Brighton area specifically)?
  13. Just picked the car up after having the wheels refurbished. Since buying the car all wheels were looking really scabby before and one wheel had scrapes half way up the spokes! Finally got round to getting it done and very happy with the results. Chose to keep the colour close to standard. Now for the pics... Before: After: Need to clean the tyre paste off and get some gel on them
  14. Nice to know of a local Nismo, I'm just down the road in shoreham. Hope to see you around at some point, haven't seen the new Nismo in the metal yet
  15. You pulled out behind me yesterday evening (I was in the Saxo ) The car looked quite low in my mirrors, looked rather mean with the black paint
  16. Just seen you driving from Amersterdam/Red Lion pubs to go up onto the A27heading Brighton way. Pretty sure I've seen the car parked up along Brighton Road, Lancing too? I was behind you but not in the Z, I was in the Saxo and headed Worthing way. Good to see a zed on the drive to work, makes it slightly more bearable
  17. Still haven't got round to getting this sorted due to spending on servicing, MOT and new tyres. Decided I will just get the bumper sprayed at some point but also decided the scuffed/corroded wheels are letting the car down more so will have them refurb'd first. Now just got to decide on colour Not sure what film is on it as the first owner had it done and there is no receipt in the paperwork, although I have been told by a member on here that the kit for the front end costs a good few hundred quid
  18. I agree with Colin, as far as I am aware the only difference between my GT4 and pre-facelift GT cars is the engine (apart from the obvious colour, wheels etc.) Although I was unaware of the different pistons to other facelifts, every days a school day
  19. Lovely looking GT4, looks great with the Nismo kit. Hope you get the clutch problem sorted without to much hassle
  20. I experienced this issue last week. Going round a right hand bend at 50ish and the traction control cut in three times in short succession. I have a new set of MPSS' (a couple hundred miles) and have travelled round the same corner, with the same tyres, at the same speed in worse conditions without any issues. So maybe it's not just the tyres playing with the TC?
  21. from a fellow, 23 y/o GT4 owner! I am also deciding on which colour to do my wheels, but it's proving rather difficult. I think black wheels on your zed may be a bit too much if you're not planning on any other styling mods but that's just my opinion. Enjoy the zed and your time on the forum
  22. I cringe looking at the pics. I was bad enough when someone scraped my front bumper and cringe every time I see it (haven't got it fixed yet!). Yours looked a nice example. A shame but as always a car can be replaced
  23. Sorry to hear about this, shame about the car but at least you are ok. A similar thing happened to my brother a few weeks ago. Always sucks even more when there was nothing you could have done about.
  24. The yellow one was probably me, I missed you though. Where abouts did you see me?
