The Donkey Sactuary 3rd annual car show 2nd of July 2017 at 10am - 15.00pm Slade House Farm Sidmouth EX10 0NU This year, it will be £5 per car again (payable on entrance) no additional charge for passengers A great day out with full access to the donkey Sanctuary included in the car show admission price. Totally Jap show 9am 23rd July 2017 Smeatharpe Raceway Taunton Somerset EX14 9RF This year we've been given a great offer for this show, instead of £10pp, as a club it will cost £10 per car, like last year, tickets will have to be purchased in advance via PayPal around May/June We will meet at the same place as last year, Tesco Superstore in Honiton EX14 2 XD at 7.15am ready to leave for 7.30am, it will then be approx 9 mile drive to Smeatharpe stadium. Evening all I've received all the stand passes today, sooner than I anticipated Could you all please PM me your address so I can get them in the post to you. These passes must be displayed in your car so the car parkers can see them clearly, you MUST NOT hand them into security, Please note it will not be possible to purchase extra car passes on the day The club stand will be placed on the far left, looking from the road towards the site, therefore the club stand must be situated to the right of the sign and end before/by the next club stand sign ( the neighbouring club pitch) Set up time will be from 7am on the day. The event commences at 9am I think that's it The club stand number is M52 via the RED GATE

I don't think your pass will get you on the stand, so I take it you'll be a visitor not an exhibitor

final call for this show, I will be paying for the tickets later today
