I've only just installed my spacers so can't comment on the difference of handling yet, but I chose to go for less extreme widths (15mm front, 20mm rears) as I was also worried about the negative effects of handling. At these widths the wheels now fill most of the arches and don't look as obviously "retracted" as OEM. However on reading about the negative effects on handling it doesn't appear that many users have had reliability issues. I think installing lowering springs causes significantly more wear on the suspension in contrast to the installation of spacers but I stand to be corrected. My personal opinion reflects those of Jetpilot and Sargara: the benefit of having wheels that look like they fit is experienced 100% of the time I drive the car, versus perhaps the 10% of compromised handling when the car is driven enthusiastically.

Adrian answered all enquiries quickly and was great with advice even when I decided not to go ahead with a purchase Ordered spacers was kept in touch throughout delivery from overseas and items arrived as expected by UPS and products are exceptional quality and were frankly a bargain! Thanks Adrian!

Right let me give this a go... So I've already got 20mm in the rears and as I've heard about scrub radius I wanted to fit narrower spacers on the front and got 15mm's. Here's some before and afters: Pre-spacer: Post-spacer (sorry about dark pics) Hope this works! -

I've had the pleasure to order an exhaust discs and pads from Mitz. He offered expert relevant advice with friendly approachable service. When things went wrong (discs got lost by couriers day before car was booked into garage) Mitz did everything in his power to correct a mistake out of his control. In the end he couriered matching or better parts by ups to ensure the job could be completed in the scheduled time slot at the garage. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Cobra cat back sounds incredible Mitz thanks for talking me out of the Buddy Club! Discs also look sexy! Very happy.

I'm definitely in for a set but need help on deciding what set up to go for. I have Rays and already have a set of 20mm spacers. What are the differences between running 15/20 20/20 20/25 front/rear in handling and reliability terms? -
Wow cheers for heads up. So originals definitely don't marry up with the new finish I assume?

They didn't paint the centre caps do the originals look ok with the new finish?

I agree with most here gloss black isn't my cup of tea either for some reason it reminds me of wheels from halfords. I've just put a set of rays to be refurb'd in black chrome to go on a silver roadster, will post some pics when it comes back with the wheels and new xorst. Ps Durk your combo is easily my personal favourite on this thread - lovely shade of grey!

Just bought a pair of these to replace my fronts and thought I'd share it with you all. http://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres/toyo/proxes-t1-sport/225-45-zr18-95y-116779 Is it just me or is that cheap!? Prices includes delivery too (but no fitting) which suited me as I'm getting a set of Rays refurb'd

It's 20lb which is 8lb lighter than standard. You can get lighter but from what I understand unlike other lightweight smf's the Nismo one doesn't chatter at idle. Check this post out: http://my350z.com/forum/vq35hr/533276-vq35hr-nismo-flywheel-chatter.html I thought it'd be the perfect balance between improved performance and minimum compromise on chattering at idle, which would have driven me up the wall.
