  1. I've recently moved and there's still some paperwork at my parents house. The guy I bought it off told me p3 service has been done which is stamped in the book. Maybe I've assumed that as it says in the book p3 should include cambelt change that this was done. Will check through papers when I can get them. I'm not trying to mislead anyone. I'very had this car a little over a year so haven't needed to do anything to it other than service it. It's perfect for its age and has been looked after.
  2. Sorry, it's been brought to my attention that it is not belt but chain. I was told it had a p3 service done at 60k which in the book says cambelt change should be done. As this service was done by previous owner I didn't look in to it.

  4. Hi I'm selling my zed and wondered if i can just post a link to the advert on here rather than having to do the username on paper thing? Thanks Lee
  5. Cool, sounds pretty straight forward. Will give it a go. Thanks
  6. Does seem to be the old phone cradle thing then. Just had me intrigued. Thanks for the help guys, shall get it fixed back in place.
  7. The wire doesn't actually go into the mirror and the thing is just stuck to the back of it.
  8. You sparked an interest now! Looks awesome. I read the manual for my 350 and it said only have a forward facing baby seat
  9. Ooooo, want. Daft question, does it work and does it work with all phones with Bluetooth?
  10. So I've not been about for quite a while now (and most of you are probably thinking who's this guy), but I've been selling the Mr2, trying to purchase a house and started a new job which has taken up a lot of my time.... But this is not all.... I've recently found out the my partner is pregnant and I'm going to be a dad for the first time!!! So I'm hoping I can keep the zed but it's not the most practical car so it may have to go eventually..... So that's why I've been away so long 😃
  11. Jdmnorth meets are typical of the cruise scene behaviour. No doubt someone will dislike me saying that...
  12. Want to race, go to a track day! Break the law, don't act surprised or hard done by when you get caught.
  13. I've noticed some rusting under my drivers side wing mirror unit. How easy is it to remove the whole unit so I can get it cleaned up? Is there a visual guide for removal to? Thanks Lee
  14. There's a grey 06 350z that parks in the office car park behind Ducati Manchester in Sale. You spotted my zed down the side of majestic wine.
  15. Apologies for no pic, my phone wouldn't let me put it on. Edited op with pic
  16. Hello all Spotted this attached to the back of my rear view mirror and have no idea what it is or does. There's no mic hole so not a microphone and the wire goes behind the roof covering. Anyone know?
  17. looks a bit like that but has a slight bend. its the one that runs from the wheel towards the opposite wheel and attatches to the sub frame. ordered on from nissan now anyway as id rather have new. £111 plus vat!!!!! eek!
  18. Hi all unfortunately i got caught out by the ice and snow and slid the back end into a kerb stone which has bent the Rear toe/traction rod on my rear passenger side wheel! not sure if its done any other damage yet as it was dark before i got home so going to have a look in the morning. can anyone recommend a good place to by a replacement? and is it worth going for genuine or aftermarket?
  19. Another owner commented on my exhaust saying it sounded nicer than his standard one..... Now, the thing is.... i thought mine was standard. i own a 54 plate GT (i think). Had a look under the exhaust and its stamped with 'NISSAN CALSONIC'. So i get the Nissan bit but the calsonic i don't get. Anyone able to enlighten me to if it is a standard back box? as far as i can tell the rest hasn't been uprated.

As said previously, enforce the positives, mention the negatives. GLWTS, nice car good price
  21. don't agree with that at all forced to redo her test - yes maybe, but the examiner............come on get real - she would have performed satisfatorily in her test so why wouldn't he pass her As Dan says - its why young person insurance is so high Well put it this way, she clearly failed a very basic rule which you would fail a driving test on. doing so after only a week of having your drivig license makes you wonder. i drove like a saint for a good month or so before the rules started to get bent a bit and even now i make damn sure a junction is clear before i pull out! what if it was a motorcycle? possible fatality right there! if she has to redo her test so short after, an examiner should be examined also even just as a formality!
  22. she should have her licence taken off her and the examiner should be checked out! causing an accident a week after passing is pathetic! hope it gets fixed
