  1. The misses just stumbled accross this monstrosity for sale on eBay... http://www.ebay.co.u...=item1a010d9f32 Such a lazy attempt at an ad, doesn't even list the mileage!
  2. Spotted last night at the Dockside classic car show Place was packed but I noticed this parked up towards the back as we were walking out. Thought I'd grab a pic as I know most the Medway lot, but I have never seen this before... Anyone on here?
  3. Posted a day ago http://www.gumtree.com/p/car-part-accessories/350z-or-370z-boofsquire-roofrack/1118070281
  4. Cleaning up the garage last night... Found a small amount of carbon wrap I used on my gear surround last year. Rather than throw it away I just couldn't help myself cleaning was immediately put on hold and I did a thing... End result: -ignore the scratch looking part on last pic, cobweb...phew Will see how long the wrap lasts Nice unplanned mod for the evening though
  5. No problem mate cheers for the speedy pickup!
  6. Cheers mate, appreicate it Wheels are indeed jr3 in 18s, they're 'hyper black' or shadow chrome as its also known
  7. Haven't got anymore atm, can get closer pictures for you on Sunday, will send them over mate.
  8. Yes Brad, still go it, thinking of popping it on gumtree for local pickup or just skipping it. Its damaged and cracked though mate, guess it can be repaired might be of use to someone tracking or drifting their zed and just needs a bumper...
  9. Thanks mate Was good to meet you too mate the strut...I've messed up so far, I dipped the strut feet straight into a tub of black hammerite, left them for a week in the hope they would fully harden, they did but I can tell it's not enough, I've no doubt it will crack and come away as soon as I put the bolts in need to strip them down and start again... Cheers mate, enjoying the car atm so only little diy mods on the go currently Yeah, not a personal of anything fibreglass anymore...prefer the smart oem look, surprised how long it lasted though!
  10. Any pics of the car and stretch on the tyres? It did worry me a little... Check my thread mate, loads in there, easier than me copying/uploading pics here edit: page 3&4 p.s just do away with your spacers so someone else can use them on their Rays, put that towards your wheels or some shiny new nuts to go with them That's some pretty big stretch, not sure I'd want or be able to pull off that look without coilovers. Some nice mods on your car though, looks smart! That's fair enough, good luck with the setup you go for get some pics up afterwards
  11. Hello mate i really like them too! What size did you order and will they fit my Rota GTR-D's do you know by any chance? Do you have any pics on the rims too? Cheers mate That's what she 'Zed' :-/ I ordered 44m for the size buddy, I have JR3 alloys though so I don't know what size the Rota ones are. All I did was remove the centre cap badge and measure it, they were coming off anyway On the wheels...

  13. I'm currently on these alloys in 18", not sure if this is of any help to you: 9.5j fronts ET15 225/45 10.5j rears ET15 245/45 Not running any spacers, made sure the fitment was right from the start, sits flush and clears the Brembos fine. I swapped my new tyres on my standard Tourings at the time (453's) straight over, stretch is minimal
  14. Check these guys out, got mine from here providing you can supply a design you want: http://www.signdezin...ign-wheelcenter They are proper domed badges, plus it's custom so you can design whatever you want Here's mine as an example: I have more pics and a loyalty code you can use somewhere in my progress thread
  15. Haven't updated recently but the old bumper came off as planned just in time for BHP & SuperCar Seige... Oem bumper back on, sprayed and fitted looking fresh for the summer During this time, after some peer pressure from friends I decided to do one of the first mods you usually do, dewiper the rear for a smoother look. Before: After: I then popped down to Halfrauds for a grommet to tackle the rear washer nozzle My god did it put up a fight! End result: Despite having the argument that I actually used the rear wiper, turns out some RainX solves that problem and it does look loads better. Also later found a spot from BHP on Facebook And now my old trashed bumper sits relegated to the garden patio, undecided what to do as it's gotta go, may pop a for sale ad up or just smash it to bits
  16. Im using one of the small white elm one currently, working fine hooked up to Dashcommand

    New Wheels

I'm currently on: Front: 9.5j et15 - 225/45/18 Rear: 10.5j et15 - 245/45/18 I think the offsets I am running on those sizes are perfect, the alloys sit nicely flush with arch and don't get lost inside it, plus they clear the Brembos, no need for messing around with spacers after. I have slight stretch on this setup though, barely noticeable. If you don't want any stretch you will need different/wider tyres. Hope that helps you mate.
  18. Got to say this was an absolutely brilliant day, credit to everyone who organised this, weather could not have been better! Was good to put names to faces Anyway these were the few snaps I got: and for the 6 of us that hanged about, the very last pics of the day
  19. Oh Brad, is this that?! ...yeah I saw that fiasco escalate on Facebook, a good read lol
  20. same Zeds are as common as fiestas in Medway these days...I'm sure we'll cross paths Give me a pm if your ever out and about
  21. Welcome along whereabouts in Kent are you?
  22. Topgaitors themselves are good, I have used their gaitors previously and currently, they are good quality and fit Those entire door covers are a recent new addition, looks like they need lots of time to get that fitted right though...
  23. Thanks they look even better in the flesh Cheers, the centre caps came from here, link straight to what I ordered: http://www.signdezin...ign-wheelcenter If you order from them use the coupon/voucher 'LOYALTY' to receive 10% off
  24. Been getting some last minute bits sorted before bhp... Some maintenance in the form of Tegiwa shock socks. Considering the cost of the coilovers and how much it can be a pain adjusting these, it's a small price to pay to prevent them seizing After just 2 weeks use Cleaned up, layered in copper slip and wrapped up Sure I will thank myself in the future when adjusting the ride height Spigot rings were also fitted whilst this was going on... Some more spraying action with the new purple colour Much better than the old colour I was using, slowly redoing all of it... Zed sat on the drive, filthy and looking sorry for itself whilst I'm using the Polo this week Then I finally took the plunge and got some custom centre badges made up. Very fast production and delivery once the design was agreed on, the quality is top notch Very pleased with them And finally (a pre-birthday present from myself) I got the car booked into the bodyshop this Thursday. Finally getting rid of the 'bad boy snow plow' (as everyone calls it) and back to the smart oem look. First time it's seen daylight since mid last year forgot the badge was already smoothed out Anyway should be looking smart and ready for bhp onwards!
