  1. I think I see you on the m4 eariler too actually, is your number plate PU55 CAT?? Sent from Tapatalk
  2. Nice comments I love receiving compliments on mine as I'm not really used to it, however they really do seem to attract the older generation or under 16s! Sent from Tapatalk
  3. I think it was on tidmarsh road? Anyway you gave me a thumbs up, you made my missus giggle as she still finds it hilarious that Z's say hello to each other lol Lovely looking 370 if you're on here! Sent from Tapatalk
  4. Awesome job, looks like a tricky piece to wrap and you've done it well Sent from Tapatalk
  5. That sounds horrible My mouth gets crazy dry and my throat gets heavy mucus in the mornings, I doubt that's to do with anxiety but its another thing that doesn't help the situation. Heavy chest I get loads too, it sucks! Luckily I don't haven't any problems with the last one you listed
  6. You literally sum me up everytime you say something lol. It is kind of heavy feeling on my stomach yeah, which makes me take small and quick breaths and starts to turn into a bit of a panic, thinking there's things wrong with me etc.. I just don't think a doc will understand and won't really care. Yeah you're right, I look back at my life and I'm still young, got great family/car/money etc. People are in a much worse place than I am, but I'm the one that's depressed. I guess it's just the mental health issues that I have are getting me down and being an 'overthinker' really messes with your mind lol I still haven't really looked much into therapy, but it's something I need to do I guess. Again, I just worry about the costs/nothing's going to work/waste of time etc which puts me off everytime Sent from Tapatalk
  7. I'm doing ok mate. What you told me has helped me a lot when I start to feel a panic coming on, but I still get weird feelings on and off throughout everyday it's just really hard to explain lol. I'm glad you recovered from yours, hopefully I'll stop worrying about life and be in the same boat as you soon lol. But thanks for asking, it's good to know people care Sent from Tapatalk
  8. I've got one, along with their centre section and back box aswell. I'm not trying to make myself feel better because I don't have a decent branded exhaust but, it sounds friggen excellent lol. I've had many compliments, I'm tempted to take off the resonator to see if it will "pop" a little more, but it allready pops pleanty and doesn't drone Big problem tho, my fitment was baaaad. My first mechanic had a nightmare fitting it and done a horrible job, so I had to pay another guy to try straighten it which made it look a lot better, but it still isn't a perfect fit. It's a long story but I ended up paying £70 for the y-pipe and getting the rest of the exhaust for free! Lol I'll write about it in my build thread at some point. But my advice is: he puts them up at a 0.99p start as one runs out, so just keep an eye on them instead of jumping in and paying £129. They tend to go for around £65-90 Sent from Tapatalk
  9. You put your foot down coming out of the Bracknell retail park, hello there The Z sounded awesome! Sent from Tapatalk
  10. Welcome mate. What colour? Get some pics up Sent from Tapatalk
  11. I found that little mud stash last weekend when doing my alloys also. Had to stab a flathead in there to dig it all out! Felt a little relieved after seeing all the crap that came out Sent from Tapatalk
  12. Just re read the advert says I might have to import tax aswell hopefully I won't get a letter haha Uh oh. Lol, well mine took a good month to come through, hopefully I hear nothing from them again but I can imagine they will be in contact soon! :/ Sent from Tapatalk
  13. I'm in the same boat mate, the rectangle facia that came with my Hong Kong HU won't fit in a million years, the HU itself is great tho it's got everything. I'm thinking of just cutting the top of the facia off and dealing with a small gap around the top. Worst part is, about a month later I got a import invoice to pay around £80 I think it was! Never knew about this but there was a small print at the bottom of the ad. I've ignored the first letter for now, if they send out another reminder I guess I'll have to pay up :/ but you're right, it doesn't pay to go via the cheap route Sent from Tapatalk
  14. Haha, I think recall seeing your name pop up actually.. Was you the that tried to hack me and I caught out? Sent from Tapatalk
  15. Awesome idea, never actually seen it before. Where did you get this done? Sent from Tapatalk Got the flush valve kit from eBay £15 and had local tyre fitter install them Niceone, I'm going to look into this as I have loads of little sh*ts around my area that like to pinch stuff Sent from Tapatalk
  16. Awesome idea, never actually seen it before. Where did you get this done? Sent from Tapatalk
  17. I'm also interested in what's good to use, I tried Gunk last weekend and I can't say it done much good - probably because I didn't put too much effort into it but it left white marks everywhere :/ Sent from Tapatalk
  18. How much did the bushes set you back mate? Do you need any special tools to fit them and are they easy enough to DIY? Sent from Tapatalk
  19. Snap! 😊 well in to it so far! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I'm also loving watchdogs for ps4! Sent from Tapatalk
  20. Happy birthday guys! Sent from Tapatalk
  21. Yeah, I really wanted to post about it a long time ago for advice but I kinda thought I would of got shot down. Turns out people from here aint just extremely helpful with cars
  22. Not yet lad, I've been feeling a little better after talking to some people about it like yourself. I'm not feeling my normal self just yet but I havent been bad enough to need to try your method just yet lol. I've got it saved just incase I need to tho
  23. Where you from mate? Is be happy to help if you're local to reading But yeah, I done mine myself and it was easy enough. I defiantly wouldn't pay to get it done (probably cause I'm a tight arsee ) Sent from Tapatalk
  24. Likewise mate. Thanks again for your great advice Sent from Tapatalk
  25. I'm glad you recovered from it nicely, thankyou for the advice. Its weird how everyone with similar issues always end up at the gym to help overcome it lol. I should be hearing back from "Mind" somepoint next week to get the ball rolling about CBT. I've actually been a bit more of myself these last couple of days just by getting it off my chest I guess and hearing from your guys experiences and realising I'm not alone
