  1. Apologies if my terminology is a little off. I dropped my car off at the garage today to get my new Xtreme clutch fitted with Single Mass Flywheel. Unfortunately the slave cylinder doesn't seem to quite reach the clutch fork (10-15mm gap). The reason for getting the clutch fitted was it was slipping, the operation of the clutch itself was perfectly fine before - but the clutch pedal was quite high. The mechanic believes it is to do with the deck height, however we gave Ewen a call at Clark Motorsport and he said that it will be the same as OEM. Ewen also mentioned it could be the slave cylinder, but as this was operating correctly before - is this a likely candidate? It doesn't appear to be possible to get it in gear when the engine is running. Any ideas? Any help is highly appreciated! Thanks, Adrian
  2. Which is the 900kg one and is that appropriate for 300bhp? Are they both SMF?
  3. Cheers mate, what is the difference between these two please? https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/powertrain/combo-packs/1895-350z-de-jwt-clutch-and-flywheel-combo-l3503-ncf-ktp-0x.html https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/powertrain/combo-packs/664-350z-de-jim-wolf-technology-jwt-clutch-flywheel-kit-nodular-iron-26lb-flywheel-l3503-ncfsd.html
  4. Hi, So my clutch has started to slip, but it's a good opportunity to upgrade it. I've heard it's also worth doing the flywheel at the same time. I'm looking for a nice balance - I want the car to be comfortable on the road, but I do use it for some occasional track use too, so I'd like something that is good for both. A single mass, light flywheel seems appealing but if it's quite noisy this will be offputting. What clutch / flywheel combination is recommended? Thanks in advance, Adrian
  5. I'm after a set of spacers to put on with my Rays. Currently got some coilovers on but the rear right wheel catches the plastic fuel filler guard on track. So I'm looking for 25mm rear and 20mm front spacers. Ideally Eibach or another well known / reputable brand. Thanks, Adrian
  6. Fantastic. Will keep my eyes open :-)
  7. Just a track day mate. Wondering if anyone on here was going. Booked it through circuit days.
  8. Ah cheers. Do you know details? (size, price, etc)?
  9. After some semi slicks for track days. Anyone got a set to fit on my 18" rays for track days? 45 profile would be ideal but looks like 40 are more common. Cheers, Adrian
  10. Bump. Reduced price. Open to offers.
  11. Hiya mate. Where abouts are you? Need a set of smaller wheels for track days and I'm quite tempted. Send me a Pm, your inbox is full. Edit: Sorry, couldn't see your location on my mobile. I'll take them if you can deliver.
  12. Yeah thinking that may be a better option! I had some done probably about 6 months ago, but probably due to get sorted again.
  13. I'm thinking track wheels may be a better option. What do people think on spacer sizes? I'm worried if I got spacers for the rears they'll catch on those arches. If they do I'll go down the track wheels route...
  14. I was in a similar position as the OP a while back. Someone crashed in to the back of my parked car. I didn't lose out at all. I did have to declare it on the insurance but my premiums weren't affected at all. Edit: Pic because why not
  15. Thanks mate. Gone for one off eBay £10 delivered
  16. Not sure. Is there an easy way to find out without measuring? Those size came with the car, though I do really like them. 235/35/19 on the front.
  17. lol. Typo.... I meant a fuel filler shield, like this:
  18. So I've found out where the rubbing noise is coming from on track days! The fuel filler shield.. So rather than getting new wheels, I'm hoping I can get some spacers to alleviate the issue. Is anyone running spacers with the above tyres? and if so what size and have you got any pictures of what yours looks like? Thanks Adrian
  19. For a 2004 UK 350Z.
  20. If it weren't for the badges it would be a yes! Maserati at the front, then misspelled Porsche at the back!!!
