going by your sig pic we have the same alloys! although mine are kitted out in MPSS i absolutly fly around corners <-- i have no idea why you have no confidence, the car sticks to road like friggen glue! its gotta be something like its all in your head your tyres aint as good as the MPSS as someone said above replace your bushes! (as worn bushes will turn your cars handling to crap) <-- if that were the case! these cars from stock beat same year audi tt quattro round a track as demonstrated by TIFF :-), this car can handle - something aint working for you ?

just going to chime in here!, ive got a few ideas myself, and these are imho's 1, the car looks a hell of alot more than i piad for her - leading to people actually thinking you are driving something worth a pretty penny 2, the car's looks - again everybody thinks my 04 is new/ish (may need to get a private plate and go with the flow of this theme 3, the car's look - even walking around a stock 350z i feel it has plenty of muscle/boisterous look to it flared arches wideish stocks wheels - its got the look 4, the cars look - ive seen people staring at the rear end - stumped puzzled, their standing there gawping at a dual exhaust, they then ask "whats that packing" 3.5litres they gawp and gasp and say" thought that was only a 2litre 5 Simply the cars look additional 6, victor at work says it sounds like a porsche 7, my sister (when i let her have a go) was like OMFG this goes like a ferrari - followed by the words how the F%&@ do you keep to the speed limit! 8, the ultimate 1 everyone i know unless their female ( the weird exception probably cause they want to do freaky stuff on my Zeds bonnet :-O) Everyone is jealous asswipes!

Exactly this ^ - you can't really blame a garage if you've run a car low on oil for up to 3k miles. We are trying to be nice, but this seems like a major case of owner neglect honestly id be scared to see that car on ebay! woiuld hate to think people jump ship if they know they potentially fried their engine!

i can see alot of luv above! genuinely people pretty much yelling change your oil! this forum is pretty flame proof i noticed

IMHO as this car should be treated 110%. Is if your not too mechanically minded take it to another garage (plenty you can get recommended here) i use a motorsport garage here in Redditch! and get them to do a oil change! and visually check for any signs of leaks ofcourse this only if your not up to doing it! if on the flip side you know what your doing as above dont drive the car get it up on your ramps get some new oil in there have a good look about, obv im not about to type a service how to but again imo how ever you do it, id go with a fresh oil change!

Thanks, I've asked for some clarification on service history but last time I emailed this seller they ignored me (Tradelinkcars). I shall wait and see, everyone gets a second chance. Nice one, at the end of the day it don't matter if you were buying at 30k or a third the price, its how the car was treated im totally happy buying a higher mileage car if its been looked after, over a car with a dodgy history ! again I don't know how it go for you, but again even at 9 years old the dealer I went to again handed over the service book and it was fully stamped ( and by Nissan ) again upto 1 thou miles ago, just remember these engine do a couple 100 thousand miles if not more! so its your money but use good judgement theres plenty of cars for sale, again il leave it at if it was me full stamped service history is a big bonus! well I wouldn't buy a zed otherwise

watch a few youtube vids that will show you what happens to old oil like this one! even if its low mileage the oil thats in there will probably be all jelly like and .... just walk away from this unless your into doing some internal engine cleaning then ... walk away

Btw this is a complete rant thread! im feeling annoyed as hell Hey guys.. I know its a cheeky title but seriously, since owning the car ive mostly received negative feedback from guys. but oddly my women friends all love the car. this stuff is sort of bothering me now although personally most the friends or people I thought were friends. Were probably worth losing anyway! <-- all this caused by owning a ZED! seriously completely alienated now by my old work place! (dead end gearbox building job) So after buying the car the stoner from said previous workplace phoned me up to tell me how EVERYONE is sour grapes about you! i asked seriously they said yea you bought that car! they're also trying to run it down now " oh its too old " oh its been ragged " (how the f does anyone know my cars been ragged?). needless to say i haven't spoke with them since but i feel compelled now to pull up in the loading bay one of these days in the zed to have a catch up lol! and the above theme has just about carried on with everyone i know /known work / worked with! and the icing on the cake was last night i put a pic up of my car on the ole Facebook this one to which again the women loved it but then came the first quote! "that would look better next to my MATES GTR" next quote pretty much telling me to stop taking pics of the car as its like an obsessed model ! wtf seriously i also left out one of the guys being like this, he personally owns a half million pound plus house in the lickies and has 100k in his bank balance! i dont get it, my other halfs ford focus cost nearly double what i paid for the ZED and people act like this! not to mention the general feeling if i leave anywhere its going to get keyed! rant over i could keep going but it just might make me seem petty i dunno! hey on the flip side at least all my female friends haven't abandoned me lol, <-- that would be the icing on the cake lol!
