I would say about 380whp for a turbo and about 400whp for sc kits. those numbers have been reliably done with a good tune and are still going strong without any issues. anything more and the stress on the internals are a bit higher than what you would like!! When you mean reliably do you mean a good few years before a rebuild or reliably like oem turbo setup reliability?

is 356mm front really necessary? Would 6pot 330 front and 4pot 330mm rear suffice? As Im worried about unsprung weight.. I know the calipers are 5lbs and oem brembo are 14lb i think, but what are the weight difference between 356mm and 330mm rotors? also is there much weight saving on split rotors? I will be fast road / occasional track orientated. I have 19" oem rays if thats any help. Also would having temporarily the front brake kit on until i can afford rear set too, affect the brake bias much?

Is it not an extra £100 if you want the rear discs to make use of the OEM handbrake shoes? Handbrake shoes? do we not have caliper n discs at back? Our handbrake uses shoes round the axle hubs i believe. The handbrake doesnt use the caliper or brake discs Ahh il prob need that then my handbrake sucks!

Yeah i think im swaying to that option do you have koyo yourself? Yeah I had the 52mm version on my car +1 I have the Koyo radiator with Mishimoto fans and aluminium shroud - works fine for me. How much did you get yours for? I seen them for around 250-300 would these be fake? or is that the roughtimate price for them?

with D2, ksport or ceilica or watever there called lol? I just want purple brakes that will emergency stop on the spot lol In BBKs i can supply Ksport, D2, Akebono, Wilwood, AP Racing and Stoptech If you just want to stop then a full Stoptech set up discs, pads, lines will be a cheaper option, unless you are SC ing or tracking regularly. pmd

Yeah i read on my350z that they had fitment issues but those posts were prob old threads though, i have mishimoto fan and was prob going to stick but my budget has taken a serious crash dive and i want bbk too lol

I was going to colour code them but haven't got round to it yet - seemed a shame at the time as they were all new and shiny I'm also known for how plain I like my colours on a car I already had the HEL lines but that was the only reason I used them WOW that is a dazzling display of colour!! I was going to keep my car black and purple...but wow!!

Correct, I think they manufacture a lot of normal OEM brakes too. I would have preferred Brembos though, track performance on the akebonos are pretty "meh." They require some modification to be on par with brembos.. (lines, pads, etc.) Side by side caliper comparison. Where did you source the akebono? from Z1? Also by your comment of 'meh' do you mean oem brembos are better? Sorry for bombarment, its just im looking for upgrade too. Thanks

Yes - whats wrong with it???? I have them I have to say so far they have been awesome Not overheated them yet and that includes some heavy workout on airfield trackdays as well as faster tracks like coombe I run the K sport 6 pot on the back (basically the same kit) I got hold of the K-sports cheap otherwise the D2's would be on the back as well. Both front's and rears are/were complete kits including the adapter plates - the fronts fitted perfectly - I did have to do some work on the rears - probably why he sold them so cheap Ahh thanks no i typed keyser in memebers and a few popped up lol. They look great what size of rims are you running? did the kit come with braided hoses etc? Thanks Saskhi
