  1. This is one of them. It's weird because I was only on the RT website hours earlier reading their blog and looking at their sub forum on here!
  2. I was parked up next to the wrapped white and black 350 and the all white one next to it may have been a 370, it was dark and difficult to tell tbh.
  3. Was just leaving the services earlier in the work van and spotted these two Zeds parked up (in the disabled spaces!) I actually pulled up next to them for a bit too see if anyone came out to have a chat but had to go after a while as I was running late I've been looking at RT-Performance on here recently for some respray work but after seeing these I'm looking at different bumpers now.. They were stunning.
  4. Which Z? The HR uses 14mm, the DE is a different size but not sure what. ALWAYS torque spark plugs.. From NGK themselves: Torque is one of the most critical aspects of spark plug installation. Torque directly affects the spark plugs' ability to transfer heat out of the combustion chamber. A spark plug that is under-torqued will not be fully seated on the cylinder head, hence heat transfer will be slowed. This will tend to elevate combustion chamber temperatures to unsafe levels, and pre-ignition and detonation will usually follow. Serious engine damage is not far behind. An over-torqued spark plug can suffer from severe stress to the Metal Shell which in turn can distort the spark plug's inner gas seals or even cause a hairline fracture to the spark plug's insulator...in either case, heat transfer can again be slowed and the above mentioned conditions can occur. The spark plug holes must always be cleaned prior to installation, otherwise you may be torquing against dirt or debris and the spark plug may actually end up under-torqued, even though your torque wrench says otherwise. Of course, you should only install spark plugs in a cool engine, because metal expands when its hot and installation may prove difficult.
  5. Molyslip plus replenishment with genuine Nissan fluid makes it silky smooth, still has the bolt action rifle feel to it though which I love.
  6. The traders on here will sort you out, best place to buy Clark Motorsport, Cougar Store, Horsham Developments, Tarmac Sportz, Redline Styling etc etc. All very helpful people Some of these have their own websites. Have a look here.
  7. Wooly Mammoth is a drying towel not a mitt.
  8. Actually having said that, I haven't tested another iPhone in there so it could be phone related.
  9. Weird, I also can't think of a reason why it would do this.. Doesn't seem to make sense at all!
  10. Yeah for £20 it seems like a no brained to me.
  11. I did this a while ago and it works fine, however I have to connect my iPhone before starting the ignition for it work. If the car is running and I plug it in and select tape, then it doesn't work and just plays through my phone. Does anyone else's do this?
  12. I'd do all 4 if I was you, Clark Motorsport will sort you out
  13. Does the braided clutch line make a noticeable difference? Did the brake lines last week and I've got some Motul RBF 600 left so may do the clutch line too.
  14. Decent upgrade, one I hope to make eventually when they become a bit cheaper
  15. The Wooly Mammoth drying down is incredible! Ridiculously absorbent and won't need wringing out, I can dry my entire Z in about 2 minutes with it.
  16. Ah that's interesting, always wondered where it came from! You don't have any family history with the town?
  17. I live in Horsham in Sussex, where does Horsham Developments get their name from, is there any relation?
  18. That looks like it! Just the one go I had my other half with me so couldn't go too mad! Luckily the entire road was empty with no cars in front of me so I got a really good drive of it
  19. And even better with replenished fluid and Molyslip. I love it the Z gearbox.
  20. Also a nice pic from my Wales road trip: Did a 160 mile circuit round the Brecon Beacons area and back to Gloucestershire where we were staying, this was taken on the A4069 in the Black Mountains which I believe became famous due to Top Gear. Fantastic roads in Wales
  21. Lines fitted last week and fluid replaced with Motul RBF 600. Extremely easy to fit and bleed and a great noticeable upgrade over the stock rubber lines, really impressed with them. Braking is sharper and more precise now, less sponge at end of travel now too.
  22. Only use genuine Nissan oil and adding Molyslip makes a big difference. Extremely easy to do. Remove FILL plug first (if you drain all fluid and can't remove fill plug then you will be stuck!) remove drain plug and drain all fluid out and simply replace plug and refill until it overflows. You need a 10mm hex for both. Gearbox takes 2.9L of fluid and 1 tube of Molyslip. Torque plugs to 34.5 Nm. Get yourself a oil syringe for filling as it will make it a lot easier. Might as well do the rear diff whilst you are there, exactly the same process as gearbox and also use genuine Nissan oil again. Torque values also the same.
  23. Go for the Black Diamond discs. Excellent for fast road and track, a lot of people rate them on here. Big step up from OEM for not a lot of money
