Well......it seems missniki is quite correct with the car learning the method of locking and unlocking. The car now responds to the key with the alarm no longer going off. I'm still yet to go to Nissan to have the key coded.

Yes....I did plan to use it on the wheels this weekend see how it goes.....I'll post some pics up when I do it.

Better uncross those fingers Nikki!!!Tried a new battery...no joy!!! But something odd did happen today. I left the car unlocked (on my drive safe behind another car),after 3hrs or so I put the key in to start it...Dead, nothing happened at all. I got out locked the car, unlocked it again...the alarm started, I put the key in the ignition the alarm went off and the car started! So I've got a couple of pics with the spacers fitted 25 rear 20 front. before. after

What's Iron x?

So....... After getting my Zed in the week it's time for me to venture into the world of detailing. All I can say is how shocked I am after doing my first clay bar. The dirt that came off was incredible! A quick question.......the clay gets full of contamination, how often or when should I replace it? I'll be starting the next stage soon!

Spacers fitted last night! A nice simple starter mod that has made a big difference to the appearance, I'll post some pics later today, but I have more important things to do......like take it out for a spin and test them!!! Haha!

I've never had an apple............never would have one! They are just a great advertising machine that has convinced people to buy one. Android all the way for me. Plenty of music apps out there and easy to convert your itunes music to mp3. I have a Galaxy S3 and nexus tablet at the moment, love them both. As for music, I have a small but stylish phone dock and bluetooth speakers fo playing music, works brilliantly, and I'll be upgrading my bose sterio in the zed to play my music via bluetooth. So easy to get music for free on the android......I can't think of one good reason to have a Iphone/Ipad/ipod!

LOL....Wasso......the irony is not lost as I'm eating a twix as I read this, so our deal has fallen through!!!! I love the sound the Zed makes, it has a wolf pop charger fitted too. I haven't stopped smiling! It's booked in at the local nissan garage at the end of next week to get the key sorted......I'll just have to put up with the alarm until then! First on my list this weekend is to fit the wheel spacers.....25 rear 20 front.

Sam.....did the chrome rays look good......I'm considering this option myself as one of my first mods.

Hey Keiran......thanks for that.. I've just looked on the net.....yes thats the one, type face on the "pro racer" is the same. Looks the same too. So A 5sigen pro racer it is. Now I'll be looking into it, find out whether it is a good one. Cheers Jon
