My main plan will be -
Replace all fluids with Water. - I did that for a year (Several years ago) And felt so good for doing it, had no craving for fizzy etc, and my skin was amazing. Until I was out with another family and they bought be a coke ;( Was rude to say no.
Going to try and introduce salad to my life. I've been having it more and more over the past 6months, and I think I could grow to like it.
So shopping tomorrow, is basically going to be a load of Chick Breats, Steak, Fish etc. And just lots of salad. Then a large portion of fruit to snack on through the day.
Going to actually make my lunch the night before in a plastic container, this will save me money and stop me eating a sausage roll every day at lunch
