  2. I'ma go with bad You're the only person I know who snacks on popcorn. You can get packets from Tesco's of fresh cooked chicken legs/strips etc. (tell me if I'm wrong) but you good have one or two bits of chicken in replacement of the popcorn

Stevo, the way to look at it (or the way I am looking at it) Have 3 decent meals throughout the day - and avoid snacking, I'm not going to be looking at any numbers because you will you will end up doing your head in 'oh i can only eat 70% of this snack blah blah blah' You're not going to get shot for eating something bad, just have it in moderation, not all the time or everyday. - If you are hungry, try have a piece of fruit.

I'm currently hugging my last RedBull My main plan will be - Replace all fluids with Water. - I did that for a year (Several years ago) And felt so good for doing it, had no craving for fizzy etc, and my skin was amazing. Until I was out with another family and they bought be a coke ;( Was rude to say no. Going to try and introduce salad to my life. I've been having it more and more over the past 6months, and I think I could grow to like it. So shopping tomorrow, is basically going to be a load of Chick Breats, Steak, Fish etc. And just lots of salad. Then a large portion of fruit to snack on through the day.   7. How do you want your car to look? You don't need spacers on any wheel unless they don't clear the Brakes or are Adapters for .....(Nvm that bit will confuse you even more) Do you want the wheel to fill and sit flush with the arch like... Or do you not mind if it's sunken inside the arch like...
  8. I'd be careful what you do in that car park, they have the license plate camera's at the entrance, definitely better places to go to do that bud.

  10. Look at either a square setup of 9.5J or go for 9.5j + 9J
  11. This, I had my 1st one earlier this year, didn't do any prep, just left the car idling for 5mins before I went onto the ramps. If you are lowered at all, may be worth taking some logs to act as ramps etc to help you get on, depending how the roller is setup and located.

  14. I don't look it in my pics but I've become a heavy lad. I've gone weeks where I've eaten pizza every night. And I hate it. So this threads a nice motivation to change the way I eat. And try and shave a bit off this belly Then hopefully next month Emma stone will give me her number #teamtarmac

I'm a fussy eater Basically like me you dont like anything healthy I'm growing on healthy/salads these days to be fair, before I never picked a sandwhich with green in it But now I like all that. It's just odd things I don't like - Don't mind sliced tomatoes with something, hate baby tomatoes. Don't like nuts, don't like egg, mushrooms. Don't like mushy pee's, not a fan of porridge or oats, anything like that,

  21. Standard Rays are 8J and 8.5J I believe. My fronts are 9.5J and they have a 245 on them. Which isn't much of a stretch. The problem you made is buying tyres for the wrong sized wheels
  22. I'm not one for breakfasts, never have been. Always tend to feel bloated or sick in the mornings, plus I always leave it till the latest I can get up and just make it on time for work Can anyone recommend a good suppliment for mornings? Would a shake or something be a good replacement? As I know breakfast is meant to be a key thing.
