If its normal road use Ryan the the Exedy is the most popular choice. You can stick with the OEM dual mass flywheel or go for a lightweight single mass option. What sort of price are we looking at for the exedy clutch and a single mass flywheel ?

What clutch and flywheel to people usually opt for then ? Oem or is there a preferred aftermarket option as i think mine is on its last legs

Hi gents, with japfest looming i am feeling a touch inadequate when it comes to modifications. The last time i went with my civic type r fn2 which had 1000's spent on it an looked and sounded immense. Anyway......i have decided i can add one more modification before japfest but am stuck between coilovers or wheels ? I have decided to use bc racing coilovers and rota grid drift wheels but can only afford one before the big day ....so which should it be ?

Modify the 350 more i love the 370 but couldnt justify the price hike and running costs for a few more bhp. Turbo your 350 ?

Its more for aesthetics than performance. I want to keep the nice ride but with some more low i also like the idea of being able to drop it for shows etc.

Is it a good idea to replace the bushes that the strut attaches to at the same time. Mine dont look in great shape. Have just ordered banana arm bushes so would prefer to do it all at the same time.

After a set of bc br coilovers for the z. Its 05 plate. Good condition a must. There is a set on ebay at the moment but not sure what they go for used tbh ? Cheers

Im a shift manager at a manufacturing company. The position i applied for was for a process development technician. The interview i have been offered is for a production manager.

Funnily enough, i got a call today from a company asking me to come in for an interview at a higher level than i have just applied for

Im going to go and see both the managers and hr department on monday. I have thought about leaving and re-applying to the new department. Thats a last resort though.

Thats just it. He has been fighting to the point he is now even trying to get me into a secondment with that department. Take the secondment, that means they have to keep your old job open for you ... it's a win win situation I would gladly but again my boss is denying it. Whats worse is i have had no valid reason as to why i cant go. Simply i have nobody trained to replace you! Thats not a valid reason. If i decided to leave ..you still would have nobody.

I applied officially in writing, i informed my manager of the decision who told me ok but makesure its what you want. I then had an interview and had to do a presentation. After the new manager said i was wanted my current manager said no im not going ! Thanks for the comments, to be honest im absolutely furious with the management and how they went about dealing with it but is leaving too hasty ? Im aware im in a good well paid position i might struggle to find elsewhere.

Hey guys, just thought i would run this by you guys to get some opinions. I recently applied for an internal promotion in a different department of the business i work for. After much deliberation and back and forth arguing between the department managers i have been denied the promotion by my current manager because he "doesnt have anybody to replace me" and he doesnt want to lose me. The move would have been a big career move for me with more money an much better prospects. Im very dissappointed and feel deflated by it to the point im considering leaving the company. Is there anything i can do to fight this ? Any opinions welcome. Thanks
