  1. Carbon wrap is this eBay item number 190764831163 Very cheap, and I love how it looks, best carbon wrap Iv personally seen. It also has the bubble free air release system. Havent seen any data sheets or anything like that for it so cant garantee on quality, but I have no signs of any problems, and a mate of mine has since been running this on the exterior, and that too seems to be holding up fine!
  2. Another one here who can vouch for autosol. Amazing stuff.
  3. Cheers For the bracket here is the ebay item number 230951961582 Word of warning, its designed for an american plate and also designed to go under the bumper lip, so to get it where mine where it is took a little more fiddling around. But perfectly do-able if you have some tools etc and I payed £230 for my bumper to be sprayed and fitted, and badge recess smoothed, although they havnt done the best job if im honest and needs to go back.
  4. Due to having my V2 fitted, just have this knocking around in the garage. Came off my 54 plate. Good condition, but has the usual associated stone chips. Asking for £100 collected from Chelmsford, Essex And a close up of imperfections
  5. Bit of a long shot, but i need 3 new tyres as it is, so if the right deal comes up at a 'quick buy me now price' could be worth getting some wheels whilst im at it. After rota GTR's or Grids ideally, So anyone thinking of selling up soon at a good price, give me a shout cheers

    worth a watch

I thought that was actually really quite good, i like all the 'car life' videos, and like you say well produced too!
  7. I'm in a similar position as the op and am too interested to know. Benjy88 would 19x10.75j +35 clear the calipers? As I'm finding as I'm looking for wheels myself I'm finding a lot of offsets on wider wheels that won't clear the brembos? Sorry for a bit of a hijack here, but would I be right in thinking 9.5j et30 on the fronts wouldn't be advisable, as I make that to be 19mm less inner clearance? I think leaving about 1mm between wheel and caliper?
  8. Right been a while since an update, as money is currently going on servicing and tyres... *Service time* 1st of July, I went down to kaizer motors for my P3 service, plus spark plug and belt change. great service and a great guy, will defiantly be going there again! The wiper was suffering a bit of corrosion, seems to be a common problem on these. So took them off, rubbed them down and sprayed loss black, also added Aero wipers while I was at it less than a tenna and a cleaner look. Before After, gloss black and aero wipers. Quick snap of a typical Saturday for me and A mate. (when weather is good of course) door up, chairs out, music going, cars getting some attention Also whipped off the 350z badge off. Nissan badge and wiper still to be removed! a Next little mod I am very pleased with. Holes obviously will be removed when the bumper is back in the bodyshop. Took a lot of playing around and had to make a little bracket to make it fit. But some hours later its fitting just as I envisioned! Very happy with the result And retracted.. And changed my orange indicator bulbs for silvertecs. Also have some 6000K HID bulbs to be fitted along with some ultra bright led sidelights. Also have some window tint to do my back windows and will be ordering some gloss black wrap for the roof soon too
  9. O really, worked for me just 2 days ago. Best of luck
  10. airbag light fix if you haven't done it already
  11. Ah that's less cans that I thought! May have to give this a go myself!
  12. Good job, really like the colour. How many cans was that?
  13. Just a bit on the off chance really, but any GM v1 side skirts come up giving me a shout would be appreciated
  14. Been a while since an update as money has had to go on other things. But rest assured some updates will come soon! First post to do list updated too! Meanwhile saturday I tried polishing my tips as they were looking weathered. Used Autosol for the first time, epic stuff. Before Halfway and finished really pleased with the result! Good get a bit better still but run out of elbow grease lol And just a few recent pictures Cheers for looking!
  15. Thinking of tinting both my headlights and tail lights. And just wondering generally what the best option is. Either film or splitting them, i would rather not split if i can avoid it I have experience with fly eyes but this time around im swaying towards Lamin X subtle tint. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this atall, in terms of glue left on removal etc. Also another concern i have is im intending on upgrading my front bubls to 8000k and am worried this could melt the film? What do we think? cheers
  16. Looks awesome mate! Also hoping to do the same on mine, but seeing yours has spurred me on What % is the tint by the way?
  17. Cheers for the comments guys! Very pleased to say the least, just really want the skirts now! Lol Yeah I thought smooth badge but leave the lines either side is best combo! It's a "Shine Auto" bumper? So its GRP and opposed to completly fibreglass. Got it off here few weeks back, had to be quick to get it! Lol I appreciate the kindness Ian, may have to mull that one over lol
  18. Belated update! *Update* Nismo V2 bumper is on! Along with the spats and eyelids. Had the badge recess smoothed off too! Very happy with it all. Currently running front bumper without mesh, as it wasn't long enough -_- Happy with the spats too although 1 is a bit dodgey from a dodgey mould, so one side doesn't sit flush to the bumper so will probably get a better set later down the line. Honda RDX stubby too
  19. All in the name of making it more rewarding when it's done lol they were taking no chances with it falling off!
  20. It's plastic rivoted, and glue over the top of that. Think I usud a 4mm drill bit, just be careful you don't go too far like I did with one if them lol
  21. Nice simple mod that I think Makes such a difference! Just getting te z badge off without damaging it is the trickiest part i think !
  22. Late little update, as did this last Saturday. Nice little mod I was looking forward to do bridge I web had the car! Gave me a chance to try out my new glossy carbon wrap too Then sprayed the Z badge gun metal grey, and stuck on to the newly wrapped and fitted brace trim Daylight Shot And lastly finally added some stickers! Rear spats and eyelids are in the bodyshop being sprayed as we speak, v2 bumper arrived Monday just gone, so just waiting on my skirts then may get everything fitted in the one hit C/C welcome as always
