I phoned them this morning and ordered the thermostatic plate to go with there 370z kit?
Don't know the part number
Ah fair enough. I found the person I spoke too a little useless, and couldn't tell me the part number - I had to work it out myself.

Mine was 100 but I changed the thermostat think there about 12 quid either way is better price happy days
You ordered MMOP-SPT right? As someone linked the Rear Mounted Version above?

I have asked if they can upgrade this kit to a thermostatic plate.
No, they cant.
They already offer the Thermostatic kit on their page for the RRP price.
They will also tell you they do not stock the Thermostatic plate or offer it separately.
You have to purchase the plate separately for £80 from Mishimoto UK, which still works out £140 cheaper than the kit.
It seems they do not like to let on that it is Mishimoto UK, either that or someone who drop ships directly from them, probably to save upsetting distributors or something - It seems all the stuff they currently have listed are stock they are trying to shift, as they have Coolant Hoses and Silicone Hose kits from £15 for example.
Mine was delivered last week, Next Day Delivery and can confirm it's a great piece of kit.
Agreed but the plate is actually £100.80 with VAT
You can use 'teammishi5' to get 5% off though.
I'll claim the VAT back ^_^
And it's still a cheaper way of doing it.

Sorry, I probably didn't phrase that too well. I was thinking out loud lol.
What I was thinking was you'd have to run low boost for the 450cc wouldn't you? obviously depending on the amount of boost you'd no doubt have to upgrade the injectors.
You can tell I'm Not savvy when it comes to fi, I am Swayed between this setup or vortech V3.

Why does the kit come With 440cc injectors but 1000cc are needed?

Off topic but your stance is so mexiflush lol.
Slam the rear more!

Yup - Get the whole bumper resprayed.
The fact the top coat has peeled suggests it had substantial stone chip damage or has been resprayed previously and it has started to ease away from the paint.
Good excuse for a shiny new front end.

Way to go to make a new member feel welcome guys.
He may have spent over the odds for it but sometimes I see the money spent on here on mods by some users and feel exactly the same. Big Gay Wings and Cans of Plasti-Dip comes to mind. ^_^
Nevertheless, enjoy the car.
PS - try Sky insurance on here too, they were the cheapest for me.

I started one of these members build threads when i first joined but the thread is gone it seems, not that i got any further than the before photo. Well after photos coming soon, will still be some minor things i want to do but the bulk will be done.
Why best of both worlds, I am trying to sit somewhere firmly in the middle of being good on the track without too many ill effects on the road. Whilst i realise there are many more things i could do to improve the car on the track it is still a weekend and occasional evening car that i want to enjoy on the road. Hopefully i have found a happy balance with the parts i have chosen.
I know this thread is worthless without pictures, but they wont be far away, new boots are landed and on route, quick refurb with a little bodywork tidying and i will be back

I cant see the vids dammit!

Thanks guys! I was looking to head up to Japfest Sunday if anyone else was planning on going?

I currently have 11MPg on my daily commute 1 mile up the road.

iPhones are more secure than cars these days.
Sorry, thinking out loud here.
i would agree but they stole they cars with the keys
Lol what would the point in my theory be if you only needed keys to start it. Read it again.
maybe i should have edited your quote (as above) i think its easier to hack an i phone than start a car without keys
I actually think that would be a good test to carry out, I have a feeling it would be harder to hack an iPhone with PIN that a car without the keys!
Lame, if it was a glitch it would have been patched by now.
Plus all he got was the contacts list. Still useless.
Also, like an iPhone it can be tracked when lost and service blocked. Why don't all cars to a certain value have trackers? Obviously this adds to cost, but for someone looking to spend money on a performance car or car with higher value than your usual runaround why not add a tracker into the cost. And invent one that can shut it down!
I should go in to Car security or something. Or apple should make cars.

Put rim sizes and offsets here for me.
I have a feeling they wont fit as you are lowered, and even with tiny profile tyres it will be tight and look @*!#. they are 20's right?

Why dont cars have PIN codes?
Like when you put the keys in the ignition, you have to put your pin in else it will not start.

Need some help please guys
I have new V3 blower on the way and I always liked the look of HKS mushroom filters.
The problem I came across that blower inlet is 90mm (outer diameter) and only HKS filters i can find either have 80mm or 100mm (inner diameter) fitting.... unless im looking at wrong place? Anyone ever brought one with 90mm neck/connector?
I suppose i can buy 100mm one, but then will need to get a straight reducer 110mm to 90mm, which im struggling to find.... especially that it can't be very long reducer as there are not much space
Any help and advice will be much appreciated
Thanks
Vlad
Is it definitely 110mm Outer on the Kit? 5mm wall thickness?
As I did find - SR102-89
100mm (4")
5
6mm
102 to 89mm

RWYB will be available on Sunday too I believe?
