have you tried megs 205 or 105, they finish really well and are non diminishing so its easier to fully work. im working on gun metal but mine had light swirling and this combo worked a treat

just brought a few Kent drying towels for 3 pounds a go. good size and worked really well, done whole car with one of them. very cheap but i like them.

just took a quick one now, don't wanna turn this thread a bit odd but was asked for a pic! i don't bodybuild, size is not what i go for, i like to powerlift and concentrate on shifting as much as possible at as low a body weight as i can.

i meant with the cut bulk route, if you have always bulked then cut then it can be taken for being the best way. when you don't really need too.

will take a pic later buddy. not saying you don't know what your doing but sometimes you can get set in ways of doing things that just are not efficient.

i would say im single figures and i stay there, never had my body fat levels tested to be honest. i managed to gain nearly 14lbs of muscle in around 9 months without adding any fat. im anti steroids and feel knowledge can get you through any plateau.

cut, bulk, cut, bulk, that's a little old school and counter productive in my opinion. its much better to keep a clean diet, stay as low body fat, you don't need to over feed and take a bit of fat as a side effect. the fat and hormone change will hinder your muscle building on your bulk and you will lose hard earned muscle on your cut .

drive to your nearest underground car park and check out the correction, i did a test panel then checked it out at my local tesco car park so i could see if my pad and polish combo was working!

i found megs 205 and white pad on a da6 is a quality one step for great correction and finish on our soft zed paint

i got a kestral da6, 3 pads, megs 105 and megs 205 polish , detailing tape and 2 cloths for £125 from autocleanz who is a trader on another owners club im part of. great bit of kit in my opinion

cool, found some on ebay for 12 quid and the seller is only 5 minutes from me.

Im now starting to think about using iron x, read about it and heard lots of positive things. will it make much difference over clay alone? will it bring better results from the polish stage?

had a go with the da today, obviously not straight on the zed! my brothers vectra was the test pilot and the results from 205 on orange hex logic pad followed by 105 on black was amazing! unreal the improvement which reassures me that i now have the tools and know how to do the zed i know useless without pics but was too dark to pick up the swirls before and lack of them after

5zigen do an exhaust called a pro racer and it looks like that to me
