Now sold. Please lock. -
I fitted adjustable arms to my Z so these are now spare and for sale. Came off my 350Z with just under 80,000 miles. Generally very good condition. The bushings still look good. The ball joints have no tears or rips in them. £40 £35 for the pair if collected from Peterborough. Can post for an extra charge.

These have a resonated centre section and a large rear silencer. Visually a replica of the Nismo system. 3 inch (76mm) diameter piping all the way through so much bigger than the standard 2.25 / 2.5 inch stock exhaust so should give better flow and thus potentially better performance. It's also 5kg lighter than the stock exhaust so again a bit more performance there. Stainless steel so won't rust. Toyosport webiste says it fits all 350Zs (both DE and HR engines). Lots of posts about this system on the forum if you want to check them out. Generally they are positive, giving a good sports sound with the standard cats rather than "look at me loud". Zero motorway drone. I had already replaced my standard cats with high flow sports cats from Torqen and this combination is just too loud for me. Only fitted for a few days then removed and the standard exhuast put back on, so it's barely been used. Fitment isn't perfect as you'd expect from such a cheap option. Fitted it ok by myself on my 2004 DE but will need a bit of fettling to sit properly. One exhaust tip hangs a few cm lower than the other due to one of the hangers not being bent in exactly the right position. If i was keeping it i'd have taken it off and bent it correctly. An exhaust fitter should have no problems with it I'd imagine. Looking from £175 for the whole lot. Price drop to £99 Free collection from the Peterborough area or I can post out for an additional fee.

SOLD - "Rust-proof" W Brace for sale (Genuine Nissan)
vroom811 posted a topic in 350z Parts For Sale
As most of you will know the Nissan OEM W Brace isn't very well rust proofed and as a result is the first thing to rust away on a 350Z. I bought one from Torqen but didn't end up using it (long story but in short I thought my exising brace would foul on my new exhaust). Anyway I rust proofed the brace as much as possible: 1. Firstly degreased it 2. One coat of zinc primer 3. One coat of Rusbuster's thick EM121 epoxy mastic paint 4. Top coat of matt white paint 5. Finally sprayed Rustbust Corrolan waxoil cavity wax into all the nooks and cranny's As you can see from the pics it has a really thick coating of paint, especially in the joints. Anyway as it's not been used and I've spent the time and money rust protecting it I so just want to get back what i paid for it, £235. Price now £199. Free collection from the Peterborough area or I can post out for the cost of the postage. -

Yes it is. With the high flow cats fitted the toyosport exhaust is quite loud. Not sure if louder than the 101 Db limit at Bedford though. Still not sure if i'm going to kepp the toyosport exhuast on the car as its possibly too loud day to day for me. I guess time will tell. -
Part identification (warning, explicit rust inside!)

The second one is the Pin Stay. It holds the rear subframe on. No idea what the first one is. I assume its a rear tow point. -

Definatley track tyres next then probably coliover suspension next but we'll see how she handles at the next track day. The toyosport is lounder even at low revs. Excellent value but would have liked it to only be loud above 4k! Bit of a drone / buzz when accelerating from below 2k but not too bad. You've still got the stock W brace haven't you? i've got the UltraRacing one and it snags on the exhuast so have just ordered a new OEM one. Yeah would be good to get to a meet at some stage. i have a 2 year old which makes it difficult though! That link you snet didn't work for me though for some reason? -

And finally here's a pic of all the components treated for rust, painted and back on the car. I've gone for a "white" theme (although I couldn't resist painting the diff cover electric blue). You may notice a brand new exhaust too....😉 Still a large list to do on the car but it's been off road for 6 months now and it's time to get it on the track. -
