I done a speed awareness corse when caught speeding in my MG before i stepped into the light of Zed's. What a waste of a day, some old guy driving a astra preaching at me, didn't know first thing about a car or what they can do. I's rather take the points, actually maybe not but the corse is like capital punishment

You can get up to date maps, from ebay for bout £30 rather than the £100 a dealership want. As to turning it off i'm not sure you can.

My battery went in me 350z so got it started by the AA, due to the battery having zero juice my ESP was turned off along with ABS, Never driven a car so carefully. I actully use Turtle Wax nano spary. Quicker to use with no breaking down of a wax. Give a showroom shine and can be applied in most weather. Also a cheaper option will still giving the car protection for the winter.
