  1. I do indeed remember that night lol. Small world ay. I used to have a white S13 before this. The Zed is an amazing car and see lots about which is nothing but a good thing. Peteman. I have black wheels, what part is considered the old A3?
  2. Anyone else out there had this?
  3. Welcome. I'm in Bordon also. Ive used Zmanalex for all my parts.
  4. Ive had a little search and can't find anyone with a similar problem. When I raise the drivers window it stops where it should, however going over bumps in the road makes the window creak. It does this for a few bumps then seems to settle into place. Is there anywhere to grease or is this a window seating issue? Many thanks Ben
  5. Haha. This made me laugh out loud. Utter brilliance. Your mum is a legend!
  6. I keep seeing a GM 370z in Bordon but not a white one. Will keep an eye out for this
  7. Well I'm giving them a go tomorrow morning so will see. I dont hold out a great deal of hope so i'm ready to complain if its not right. I initially rang Auto Glass but they said it would cost more as they were not my insurance recommended fitter. I'll let you know how it goes.
  8. Just haven't heard one good review about them. Plus I'm having to go to them so they can take all morning doing it.
  9. Well I'm going to ring today and maybe try use a different company even if I have to pay a bit more. I have to use the car so need it done ASAP. I thought 4 hours seems a bit much.
  10. Unfortunately I've now got a cracked screen which required replacement. Has anyone had any good experience with National Windscreens as they are my insurers prefered provider however I have not heard good things. Also I have been told that the 350 is a bit of a pain and can take up to 4 Hours which meabs that I cant get it done by a mobile fitter and instead have to go to them. Many Thanks Ben
  11. Are you willing to post the spacers? and for how much? Ben
  12. My misses has just spotted a bunch of Zed's plodding along down the A3 just now. Apparantly 1 has a silly spoiler? lol
  13. Turned up earlier on. Simple to fit. Reset everything doing the pedal dance and so far so good
  14. Great advert. I was really surprised that put something like that out. Will crank it up louder next time.
  15. Sounds exactly the same ,albiet mine was delayed between the pause in power and the lights coming on. I'll get onto Zmanalex and hold my breathe at the price. Thanks Out of interest which side is Bank 2 as I look at the engine? I can see the connectors easy enough looking down the back of the engine.
  16. More of an update. Cleaned the MAF and TB without moving the butterfly. Let the car Idle for 10 minutes and and it cut out. Sooo might well be Crank sensor. Any idea where it is near the flywheel?
  17. Well I'm in Bordon in Hampshire but just finished working at a garage that had a scanner. Sods law. I'll ask around my mates. Do you know anyone on here in the local area? Cheers
  18. Yeah the slip light (skid mark icon) was on perminant aswell. It might of felt a bit slower but I had been toying with cruise control earlier in the day to so its just drawing me back to the TB. Ive been turning the traction off most of the time anyway as it seems quite sensitive when changing gears a bit quickly and cuts in. But this was fine. Just stopped at the traffic lights and had a christmas tree light up on my dash. The rev's did rise and fall on their own at idle as well. Dave: Unfortunately I'm a few days late of having access to a snap on scanner so I just done the pedal dance. I didnt hear or feel a misfire at all.
  19. A couple of hours earlier I felt the throttle cut out for about 1 second, then carried on normal after I played with the pedal. Then I had these lights come on last night on the way home, tried turning the car off and on (took longer to start) and the stayed on but it drove fine. I assumed this was throttle related but after eventually getting the flash codes it was 345? After a google this is the CMP phase sensor. Whether its crank or cam I dont know. Does this sound right? I was kind of hoping it was a TB or MAF Clean jobby. Cheers Ben
  20. Cant speak for the others but the Navara's are pretty damn good, been in a few and are very comfortable and do everything a truck should.
  21. Yeah I said Hi before you were about to leave. Onwards and upwards. Glad it all got sorted quickly. You local to the aldershot ish area?
  22. Wow didnt notice this thread. Your a guy I said Hello to at Wheels Day right? Sorry to see the state of the car after seeing how tidy it was.
