yea my mpss were greasy for first 100 miles, if you have a invoice with the date maybe you use that to say there were fresh and not worn in yet as such although they might well say you knew the tyres were new you should have driven more carefully and still hold you at fault

Just in general, not saying anyones done anything wrong was just curious, just going to use youtube for example were people have publicly broadcast person info or others such as address/personal social media accounts and been sued. I dont mean its listed and can be found i mean people putting it or broadcasting into a public domain have been sued etc. i mean a good one was the owner of pure rally suing chris evans/virgin for giving his mobile number out on the radio.
