Rainsport 3, used to have MPSS and trust me I don't feel disappointed after I changed to rainsport 3, and I don't potter about either. The MPSS are probably few percent better ultimately but I'm not pro enough to notice on the road. For the back MPSS are £170ish, whereas the rainsport 3 are £105. Quite bit of price difference for minimal trade off, I've looked at it long and hard when I decided to change tyres, all the mid range like Falkens and Toyos etc are crap in wet grip, noisy and mediocre dry grip, but the new rainsport really impresses for the price. The Rainsport has good dry grip, fantastic wet grip and are quiet, can't comment on wear yet as I've only had them on for 1000miles but the previous version seem to wear well.

CEL came on the other day, borrowed my friends OBD reader and it came up with P1147, cleared the code and today it came back on, so I guess it's time to replace the O2 sensor, is bank 1 the driver side or the pass side? And where can I get the correct sensor and what's involve in changing the sensor? Ps the O2 sensor situate on the cat iirc? Also the mpg has dropped to 14mpg which seem to have been cause by the sensor. Thanks

Everytime I read a thread about someone who has a problem with their Zed, it always follows by some advices by various members, but most of the times the thread ends without the OP posting how they solved the problem. So would it be good to have a little sticky to advice posters to wrap their thread up when they have solve the problem? Would be good information for any zed owners experiencing similar problems in future.

I thought that the OEM manifolds are equal length already? Therefore is it really worth the expense and time to fit another with negligible quality and benefit.....?

Hey guys, basically after my OEM exhaust splits at the usual spot I need a new back box, also looking in to replacing the cats as well with some silenced decats. Now what I want is almost OEM sound. NO rasp and with the nice OEM bellow and gurgle sound. In your experience can custom exhaust place be able to produce sounds you requested like they say they can? Last thing I want is to spend £££ to have a system that I hate. Loved the Fujitsubo sound which is 100% what I want but the price is a bit out of reach at the moment. Another option is cobra cat back with japspeed silenced decats. Don't know would that be too loud and raspy tho.

It wasn't too bad actually cruising at 70. But yeah it is LOUD under throttle. Good excuse to get a new one now I guess.

Guys since I've posted up the picture I've took it off and put another 4 matt black coats on it. The finish is good although its hard to cover the sliver lip between the tyres and the wheels. And today I try washing the wheels, being as careful as I could, but the plasti dip is actually coming off in thin layers? Some bits of the silver is actually showing up! So I guess I will just get them powder coated soon. Save all the messing about plus it chips easily when removing wheel nuts etc. Just have to decide either dark bronze or matt black as I like both.

One and a half can for 3 coats of black, to be honest the gold metalizer was the wrong one for bronze, need the copper metalizer instead, so the colour isn't even when it's up close as I'm trying to apply a thin coat of gold and thin coat of black on top for the bronze look. Gonna mask it up again and just spray them matt black till I get them painted in dark bronze.

Plasti-dipped my wheels last night. 3 coats of matt black and a light coat of gold metaliser to give it a bronze colour. To be honest I think I will paint them in that colour in the long term, but it was easy and cheap enough to plasti dip them to see what it's like.
