Hi all just had my clutch replaced with a Extreme Kit, what I noticed is now there's a constant clicking noise when I accelerate in all gears, don't think its the lightened flywheel chatter as that sounds diffferent and only at revs around 1-2k, but this clicking noise is constant regardless of the revs and gears, the only time it goes away is when the car is in neutral and at a standstill.

Probably mine, was in for a clutch change!

The cars perfectly fine when driving but it just that when it's at a complete stop it's hard to get into gear, seems like the clutch grip with the tiniest amount of pedal travel, but just read the invoice it's says the clutch will self adjust over time so will report back after a while

Yeah it's goes in like butter when the engine is off clutch in or out, but when the engines on clutch in it's very stiff 🙈

Just had a extreme clutch put on my DE, the clutch pedal is stiff which I don't mind, but now the gear change is very very stiff, sometimes it's even hard to put it in gear, the garage spent a lot of time adjusting it to make it work but I still finds it far to stiff, anyone got experience of this after they changed their clutch? Ps the slave was replaced at the same time and pedal was adjusted

Oem radiator, yeah both fans work I think it could be the thermostat? Because the lower radiator hose was cold and the upper one was warm

Also the fan wasn't blowing hot air while the temperature was high only did so when the temperature gauge dropped to a more normal level

I touched the top radiator hose and it was warm by the way didn't get a chance to touch the bottom hose

Hi guys I was stuck in traffic last night (outside Old Trafford after they finished the match😱) and the temperature gauge went up to just below the red zone, anyway as the traffic ease and got going the temperature dropped quite rapidly and when I had the chance to pull over the fans were spinning, later when I was queuing up at a drive through the temperature garage went up to almost red again and it dropped again when the car got moving, any idea to what's the problem is? Thanks

This garage is used by lots of NW members, not far from IKEA in Ashton, you're wise to steer away from that garage who says you need £1500 work on a rusty crossmember (the w brace I presume?) They are cheap to replace. http://www.lockwoodandgreenwood.co.uk

An update, as my car was going in to get the front and rear washer pumps fitted and front engine tray re-mounted, thought I'll get them to take a look at the seat too. Anyway they crossed some wires on the switch or something and now it's back to normal. Charged me £30 labour for all that so I'm happy with the outcome.

Bobby you should do it, there's no way you can drive like that and have as much fun on public roads, no chance!

Passenger was just a mate, also FYI the new 991 GT3 is absolutely mental on the track, destroying everything including a R33 GTR with 600bhp and widest R888s I've even seen.

Don't like like to cross my hands more than 10:4 so I mixed a bit of shuffling to cross hands. Guess it's what I feel comfortable with....and the air freshner is my g meter haha

Thanks for the replies especially GM for the very detail response! Will try and spray some wd40 directly on to the switch and see if it will work. Don't want it to be anymore forward tho it's already too far in front to drive comfortably cause I can't get the damn seat back ha

Hey guys, the driver seat on mine will not move backward, only forward and the tilit forward/backward works, which to me indicate the motor is fine but just the gear or switch is at fault? Any ideas please? Thanks
