  1. I appreciate this isn't in everyone's interest, but for those that are, this is fantastic news. There are only 2 of the legendary Avro Lancasters left airworthy in the world. We in the UK are fortunate to have one as part of the BBMF and the other is in Canada. Except for a month this summer, the Canadian Lanc will be on our shores. I know (from our Cosford meet last year), that a few of you guys have an interest in historic aircraft and I figured the news (and once in a lifetime opportunity) that the 2 surviving Lanc's can be seen together was too good not to share Details here: http://www.raf.mod.uk/news/archive/raf-bbmf-to-host-canadian-warplane-heritage-museum-lancaster-during-visit-to-england-24022014

    Bike rack.

Me too Martin. But need to switch the parental filters off first....

    Bike rack.

AK beat me to it. You need a Saris Bones. Or a van.
  4. Sad news Matt. Hopefully you'll be sorted soon, with a strong heart in the Zed for Wales.
  5. Dammit. Where were you a few weeks ago when I thought i'd fudged up my passenger seat with my (failed) leather colour change attempts?? I could only find pairs, not a single seat. Fortunately this forced me to re-group and it all worked out in the end. Glad it looks like you've got it sorted now
  6. My vote goes to the skirts.

    350z makeover

I know what's up with it, it's not the kit, the paint scheme or the wheels. There is one fundamental issue with the whole car and once resolved it will bring it all together very nicely and it will look absolutely awesome. Just needs a shorter aerial. Simples.

    350z makeover

***Looks at calendar as I know this year is going fast, but I didn't realise it was already 1st April**** Sorry mate, not my cup of tea. But it's your car and if you like it, fair play.

    Seat Cover

What kind of seat cover are you after? A replacement for the OEM lerather, or some thing different? There are a few options available from the USA, not sure how easy they'd be to fit (replacement for the existing cover, rather than covering over the top). I've seen some nice ones that are made up of wooden beads, but they don't cover the entire seat.
  12. Woohoo! I've just had my third "welcome" to the Cliosport forum. Hold on, it's from a 'Stu_350z'....
  13. Good stuff Commenting simply because it'll make this thread easier to find Only just noticed today my wiper arms are beginning to look scabby.
  14. So far I've had a Y pipe made and also the centre section of an OEM system. I'm not sure of anyone that sells anything like that Mitch, but I'm sure it wouldn't be stoopid money to have one fabricated by an custom exhaust manufacturer/centre. Especially as its literally just bent pipe work and a couple of tips!
  15. Haha. The first car I ever made a stealth shelf for was my MG ZR. Good times
  16. OK, as i had a spare hour before it went dark, I thought I'd take a leap back to my yoof, I decided to dig an old pair of 6x9's out the loft and make me a sleath shelf. For those not familiar with a stealth shelf, here's what's involved: Cut some holes for your speakers in a piece of MDF and cover one side with acoustic carpet. Using the MDF as a template, cut two holes in your parcel shelf: You may notice that this isn't the neatest of jobs , but the best thing is, it doesn't matter! Then screw the MDF to the underside of the parcel shelf. Then cover the top of the shelf with acoustic carpet and mount your speakers to the underside. All that's left to do now is refit the shelf, wire up the speakers and then go kroozin' down the local Maccy Dee's innit. Safe.
  17. Nah, the wedding was at the church in Sheepy Magna. Now at the reception at Sketchley Grange. Zed has received quite a bit of attention. Good times. Haha. Wouldn't it be a coincidence if all you locals turned up for a meet tomorrow morning at the Sketchley for a Zed meet. Just sayin....
  18. I may of mentioned I had a Zed and that the clio was my second car. Hmmm, maybe they didn't appreciate that Oh, and I may of also accidentatally posted a few pics of my Zed to Well, one of the two replies did ask me to.
  19. Saw two Zefs today whilst in Sheepy Magna. One (a sliver coupe) drove past the church approx 11.45 The second (a GM coupe YS54 ***) was parked on a drive near the church Anyone?
  20. Mike that's terrible news I hope nothing else was seriously damaged in the floods Guys, as Mike has said, I supplied him with a boot divider with the Z seperate, Mike's plan was to eithrr cover the Z in felt or paint it to colour match it to his car. This is easily done to good effect with a rattle can (I have painted my Z silver). GLWTS Mike
  21. Cheers for the nudge Will, but Dunks name's already on the list mate The Tein dampers are a different kettle of fish to fit and not quite as straightforward as others that are available....
  22. ^^ ^^^ It's a portrait pic, so no good for a desktop background. But a smartphone wallpaper on the other hand....
