    Arch rolling

The fronts have 20mm spacers but the arches are already rolled (previous owner i guess) and didnt seem to be an issue but I couldn't push too hard, well in fact not at all, because the rears rubbed with any slight bump or in any corner.

    Arch rolling

I am running 19" LMGT4s and the car is lowered on Eibachs 30mm I think. I fitted some 25mm spacers on the rear after being advised by someone on here that they would rub,I already had them so I had to give them a go! Well of course he was right. But man they looked So off they have come, but I cant live without them now I've seen how they look. Does anyone know where I could get the arches rolled in South Somerset? Also are there any issues with having this done? How much roughly cuz I've seen the rolling tool for sale at £104 and am not scared to do them myself.
  5. to the forum. I considered all the cars you have and some others. If you have driven one and you loved it,for me its a no brainer. You will get the same feeling every time you drive it. I wouldn't swop mine for any of the cars you have listed. Go for it!! Plus you will have the pleasure of using the best car forum on t'internet!
  6. Changed in 2006 with the facelift but those have been fitted at a later date as Sunset was discontinued with the introduction of the facelift. You're wrong. This is a Bone fide 2006 facelift model.......so there
  7. About time I joined the ranks of the best coloured zeds. So here she is. Will probably make some changes soon. Nismo spats and a diffuser to finish the rear and maybe a bigger spoiler.
  8. @ SMD When the carpet in your Zed is cleaner than the carpet in your lounge. I'll get my coat.

    My rear end

Actually Wasso. That by far has got to be the winner It ticks all the boxes for me....except for the amount of £ it would cost. Out of curiosity how much we talking? Bought, sprayed and fitted.

    My rear end

Sam I do like the look of your "apron".I will have a search for some alternatives. And Bob,do you have a pic with your car side on? I think this may be the route I go down. Where would be the best place to get some?

    My rear end

Right, after using the search button I now know what a bumper tuck is. The idea is that it shows off your zorst? But I have two tailpipes so i would be showing off fresh air. Also been out to check and my zorst has a metal plate with the word Invidia lazer cut into it.Using the search again I found that the K1 is made by Japspeed??? One confused newbie!

    My rear end

Errrrr.Whats a bumper tuck??? So its an Invidia K1 exhaust.Yes it's a bit too loud for my middle aged ears TBH. I like the idea of painting the bungs black though

    My rear end

    My rear end

Think my rear end needs something. Dont really want to go the whole hog and get a bumper. How about a diffuser.Would it look right or just like a bit stuck on?i.e does it need the spats as opposed to the mud flap things that are on it already? All opinions welcome. Sorry for poor quality photo.
  17. Yep I had a 944 lux 2.7l 1989 model. I liked it so much that I bought it back when I saw it advertised on ebay! I did do quite a bit of restoration on it and updated it a bit. A really fun car and really cheap to insure on a classic policy. I would say go for either the 2.5 or 2.7l 944 with the oval dashboard.
  18. Thanks but I already have the standard cannards on my Sunset with V2 bumper.
  19. Where can I get me some of those? They look

    Noc Noc

question is....what will you wrap next? Well.......... These were the first things I did. Bit of a baptism of fire with all those curves but didnt turn out too badly. I have also done the cover of the cuubby hole on the centre console and if I could work out how to remove the satnav cover I'd do that.

    Noc Noc

Not sure if there is a guide on the forum but plenty of info on the net. It is reasonably easy to do as the Di Noc is an incredible material. You heat it with a hairdryer which makes it very stretchy but amzingly it doesn't distort the pattern and if you get a crease you just reheat and smooth it out. The kickplate is really easy to remove. I Dremelled the back of the badge and restuck with super glue.
