  1. When the weather gets a bit better, maybe the Bristol/Bath area crowd could meet up with you Cornwall/Devon based Zedders? If the Salisbury/Southampton area crowd would join us as well we could have a great drive out around Exeter which would be in the middle for all of us

exeter is a good shout could tie it in with a ujcc end of month meet at the services

    Sounds great to me! :yahoo:

  2. Hi All,

Iv just had the heads up from Chris I  to post and give you the link on a FB page that I started yesterday for Cornwall and Devon 350Z Owners https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/338420716190135/ for the purpose of informing all of us down here in the 'sticks' of local meets, and also to promote 350Z Clubs.

Any Southwest Mods that would like to come aboard could then inform us first hand about whats going on and where...hopefully this would then raise more numbers to meets and stir some more enthusiasm than dread at having to travel so far :drive1

  3. pleny of owners and meets in cornwall on here which we also attend. :)

Its a pity that the Cornwall/Devon meets are not common knowledge down here  , thats the only reason that I started the FB page, if any other clubs would like to get a mention on the page it would make it so much easier for us in the sticks to keep in touch with local meets with ALL of the clubs :drive1 , plus a mod from each club could then promote/inform about whats going on....some of us just give up and dont bother with clubs/meets because of lack of knowledge about any meets in our area

  4. Ive just started a Facebook group 'Cornwall and Devon 350Z' https://www.facebook.com/groups/338420716190135/

( not sure how to link it? :headhurt: ) Iv had the  up from Chris I, and Sarah ChilliRed, my aim is to promote both clubs and also to arrange meets within Cornwall and Devon as most are waaaay away from us and we miss out on the fun, we could also plan convoys :drive1 to the club meets.

I have no interest/intention of starting a new 'Club' :surrender: ...this is just a desperate attempt to ease the apathy and bring us more into the Club circles. It is of course open to anyone...living in Cornwall or not...all the more the merrier :drunk::gathering::thumbs:post-9405-13501191807_thumb.gif

  5. To be honest it was the best static meet I'd been on. Thing is I was engrosed in so much conversation I missed out on lunch, so I picked some service station food on my 2hr journey to Birmingham. Even caught up with Buster and the gang heading west. Not sure who was in the silver Zed that peeled off at the M25 Staines turnoff.

I got off the M25 at the Chertsey turn off....mines silver, so is DoogyRev's and Brys.

Nope mine's Grey (surprisingly the only grey one at the meet)

 Ooops! Sorry...I was drooling...concentrating on your Alloys ;)

  6. She looks great! :#1: ...sadly I am the most useless car washer/cleaner on the planet but Buster has solved that one...with Grease Lightening spray from Ideal shopping channel...simply Magical!! Half an hour and she's gleaming :yahoo:

Hi Bob  , it was great meeting so many friendly and knowledgeable ( *typo? ) people yesterday, thanks so much for all the tips and info, dont forget to let me know about the Brembo's....forgot to ask...are they gold?

I'll be looking on the shopping channel today for that fantastic car cleaner of yours! :bounce:

  11. AA inspection done today. Two small scratches, pads 50%, bluetooth adapator missing

Apart from that, everythings good. The mechanic said its immaculate, well kept, well serviced, no issues with it at all. Flights booked! Saturday i pick it up, looooooong drive home. Wonder if i'll enjoy it :teeth: 3 sleeps to go!!!!

Also, who do you guys use for your insurance? Best quote ive had has been with elephant, any suggestions?

Not long till Saturday :yahoo: I'm sure you will love her! I use Sky Insurance, they were the cheapest deal and were even willing to insure me with my GTR...which was a reasonable price too :)

Do you have a contact number for them mate?

    Sure...Sky Insurance, 0208-3645500/0870-1121759

  12. Looking forward to this loads!!!

My alloys have all corroded and look awful! but I haven't sorted them out as new set on way next month, so that is my excuse for horrendous wheels! And a dirty Zed :headhurt: So i'll have to attend another meet after to prove I do care about her!!!:lol:

Thinking ill meet up with some of you at thurrock services at 11 :)

don't worry my cars so dirty i thought the rear window was fogged up but after 20 minutes it hadn't cleared i realised it was just a thick layer of dirt.

i'm hoping to clean mine in the dark on friday after work.

Just finished cleaning mine....then had a fight :blackeye: with the wind trying to put the cover on so that she might stay half respectable for Saturdays meet...an early start of 6.30am
