Bugger, I think you need to find a garage with a bit more skill, is there not one locally that is a brake expert and used to this sort of situation? What a PITA
Nope....all the ones Iv tried are too chicken sh*t too attempt it
-
Just to rub it in.....
Look what I had ready when Darren came to change my discs and bleed my Brembo's
Me thinks that I should have done the same
-
Just been told by my local garage that they wont touch my rear bleeder screws on the Brembo's because it will make them 'unsafe' , all I asked was that they free up/drill out the 2 rear inside bleeder screws and then replace all 4...I even got the replacements from the Cougar Store ( thanks Alex ) ....the brakes are still spongey so need to be sorted ASAP ....the Z is my only car for now too.

Finally got round to fitting my Varrtoens.Big thanks to Peter at Varrstoen who has been excellent to deal with. They are the ES1.1.2 19x9.5 et12, 19x11 et22, 245/35 and 265/35 Conti sports 3 tyres. No spacers, no arch rolling and no rubbing.
Hi Bry
Could you PM me Peter's number and other details please ( £ ) I'm on a roll now

Nice to meet you yesterday, and good for me to get down to see Chris and Bob again!
How long did it take to finish fitting them, bleed and bed in? Did you notice the improvement?
Evan
Hi Evan
Thanks for your help in Halfords
I left about 8ish...2 little 'bleeders' sheared off Chris took her out but was not happy to let me drive so he fought some more with the 2 rear inner bleeders, couldn't undo them so the brakes were still a bit spongey, I took it really easy on the way back..got home by 12.10am a bit different to 2 hours 15 minutes getting to the Z shed

Nice one, so you got some sun while the lads worked? Classic
