  1. Are you serious!!????? What a pain in the arse!! Although I might have been on holiday at the time!! Must try harder to get to a meet!!! Ace is literally 15 mins down the road aswel.
  2. I work in Ruislip, wouldn't mind a meet down Ace Cafe or something. Can't make the 12th, either working or going Japfest if I can get it off. Seen a bronze parked up by the Gardens station and also in the RAF base. So there are some about. Keep an eye out for a Black facelift

not at the mo mate. waiting for some decent weather for a play with the camera. pointless at the mo, unless you want to see some nice rain beading from a clay and wax!?
  4. Thought I'd update this for others to know incase their flexis go on their ypipe which is quite a common problem (esp on the Nismo ) I ordered 2 of these flexis which were also recommended by Mark at Abbey in another thread. They fit and work perfectly. http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorspor ... flexi-tube You need the 63mm (pretty much 2.5") 6" length. Flanges that meet the cats - 2.5" Flange that meets the mid pipe - 3". HTH
  5. not to worry, all sorted. cheers for the help.
  6. Finally managed to get hold of 2 new flexi joints for my Nismo Y Pipe, just need to get them welded on. The ypipe is of and ready to take to someone, but as the flange to meet the Cats is slightly angled, its got to be done properly, none of this bodge crap i see most exhaust places do. anyone know of anywhere? cheers
  7. Yes mate both still available. Pm coming your way

Used but good condition. minor cosmetic scratches. approx 15" in length. £60 (each) plus delivery. open to sensible offers
  11. Just got this through via email, thought I'd whack it up here incase anyone's interested http://www.dealcloud.co.uk/National/cha ... ibed=yes#4 Also, anyone used this service from Eurostar? Ski train from St Pancras direct to the Alps. http://www.eurostar.com/UK/uk/leisure/d ... h_Alps.jsp I get a SILLY discount on the Eurostar through work so I reckon I'll get something booked up soonish!!
  12. Jibbing FTW!! That's why I'm buying a 2nd board! Gona be my jib stick! Basically butters, presses, hitting kickers over the slope, pretty much jumping everything and anything across the slope 180s, 360s etc. it's a style to have
  13. Cheers mate! Was last march so I'm having withdrawal symptoms and getting angry at the fact I haven't gone away yet! Lol. Hopefully booking a weekend away with the GF, but I'm in the middle of organising a trip for 14 of us to Whistler end of December for 10 days!
  14. Yeah definately mate! I love Austria (mayrhoffen), would like to hit a few of the other resorts! Who you book with and how much if you don't mind me asking? Or did you do it all separate again?
  15. After all the talk about Snowboarding, Skiing, Resorts, Equipment i thought id make a thread where everyone can post up pictures/videos of their trips, kit, recommend resorts and DEALS!!! and all other info about being a 'gay on a tray' or a 'twin plank w**k*r' (general banter, no offence meant ) Heres my most recent trip: Mammoth Mountain, California. SOOOOOO much POW!! over 6 metres of snow, so the groomers were soft as sh-t, and the pow was unreal!!! fresh tracks made every day!!! we had a beginner with us.... that couldnt stop Would recommend Mammoth all day long! Not the biggest resort but the quality of slopes is amazing, and the amount of snow you get is we payed £1100 for 10 days, flights, accommodation, 9 day lift pass, truck hire. Not bad when everyone wanted £800/900 for 1 week in Austria with hardly any snow. Currently riding a Bataleon Jam 157. Amazing at bashing the piste, and effortless when off piste. just a bit difficult when in the park hitting boxes. so, im looking to get a 2nd board for jibbing, pressing and a general play when cruising down the slope - going for a K2 WWW Rocker 151 All info on resorts, cameras, skis/boards, resorts....post up
  16. Sod the car, boarding (or skiing - not for me though ) FTW!!! Nothing beats the rush of standing on top of a mountain above the clouds about to hoon it down!! In Mammoth we clocked over 70mph on my mates GPS! Sharp edges and strong legs required!!! Think we need a boarding/skiing thread for pics, deals, recommendations etc!!!
  17. Strap it to bindings/ankle and the vids come out awesome!!! You lose the board chatter vibration aswel!!!
  18. Mayrhoffens a thumbs up from me!!! im planning a big group trip out to Whistler for December/January over new years for the end of this year! should be crazy!! Virgin do great deals especially heading over to the states! i was in Mammoth for 10 nights last year for £1100, inc lift pass, slop side hotel, and truck rental (6 of us). was amazing and would defo go back there. over 5 metres of snow!!!
