  1. The zed's new to me so have little idea of how previous owner treated it. Replacing with OEM clutch and lightened flywheel from zmanalex. Ordered today, hoping it may be finished tomorrow.
  2. Nonetheless, doubtless said consultant has gained notoriety sought.
  3. Sorry, just messing. It's along time since I've had my own car, not company, with less than 30k miles so it was more a personal milestone. My cars usually have intergalactic mileage.
  4. Interpro? No, I decided better the devil I know. Thanks for the idea though. Neil Garner's going to do it for me, it turns out he's looked after a couple of zeds before. Which is nice.

  6. As a reward for making it to 30k miles, it's getting a new clutch and flywheel, and a couple of CVJ kits. :irked:
  7. MSE are usually hard but fair. Layout looks different to when I last did Keevil - same circuit-ish but in reverse. Odd.
  8. Sorry mate - not seeing it. A couple of knobbers who had been on for only a few weeks at the time made sarky comments but otherwise friendly banter. A fair few thought you were wrong to even consider 20s, but you did ask the question. All I see there is love bro'. A shame you removed some of the polaroids though - I'd've liked to see 'em.
  9. I tried three pennies each side and they worked a treat. Then read on and was concerned about the coins breaking the plastic so replaced them with some o-rings that were lying about. Sorted.
  10. Obviously not everyone... they seemed to like it here: click. Seeing that reminds me - it's your dials I really like. Probably not a DIY job for a numb-nuts like me though and prohibitively expensive to get a pro to do it. :irked:
  11. 'heads minutes often aren't quite the same as our British minutes.
  12. Cripes! What'll I do? Work I s'pose.
  13. Usually Fridays at 1930hrs but is often bumped if something more pressing is scheduled. Not clear when it's on again. Keep an eye on website: click.
  14. Can't see a mention of GT spec in original advert: click.
  15. I think you'll find there's two of those things.
  16. I dunno. She has her good points too.
  17. I've never used it, nor am I likely to. Not unless there's a 'favourite forums' feature I've missed. The list is too long to be useful unless I can restrict it to the forums in which I am interested. HTH
  18. Alternatively, instead of on a perfume product, it may be seen on telly - Channel 5.
  19. Yep. However, slightly better than him coming on saying "I spotted that sad fecker last night, squatting on his drive polishing his zorst, FFS!"
  20. Just in case; I was spotted by ChopTop, on my drive, polishing exhaust tips.
  21. Sorry to say, fast laps does not a winner make. I have time for VVebber, but really follow BJ & KK.
  22. FWIW, I had about £10k to spend and wasn't too worried about GT or not - just best car/condition I could get for the money. Got impatient and ended up spending about 20% above budget to get pretty much the first one I saw. Mostly because I'm a knob and still a kid at heart.
