  1. Love they wheels, if i had another zed i'd have them. Perfect colour too. The tyres alone would cost the price asked.
  2. As I live in Scotland SAAS would pay for the course. Also the University can arrange a suitable work placement to gain additional experience. My friend who was at Uni with me years ago had just started a new job as head of Occupational Health and Safety with a major bank and is loving it. Another person I know who completed the course is now working in Dubai for a large company who are responsible for the running of an airport. So hopefully i get through it!
  3. TBH, i think we have a better class of scum bags up here in Scotland! Lol.
  4. Take a holiday. That's what the wife and I do to unwind and relax. I'm in Menorca relaxing right now. But stress can be easily removed I find punching a bag or a good long run walk run helps. When I say a bag. "I don't mean beating the wife Yip agree!
  5. I recently applied for a University course, BSc Occupational Safety and Health. I only work 2 days a week in my current position and i spend mon- fi training at a few sports. Now i'm getting a bit older i'm constantly picking up more and more injuries that take longer and longer to heal, lol. Anyway i studied Environmental Health years ago and I enjoy the H+S side of it, so I thought I would bit the bullet and study it full time! The course is fully accredited by IOSH and successful completion would grant me Grad IOSH status, then after a period of relevant practical training I could apply for Grad IOSH status. Also i could possibly fulfil the practical training with my current employer. Finally, as Ive already got relevant qualifications, I don't have to start from year one, I would get year 3 entry into the degree! So any advice would be welcome.
  6. I work 2 days a week in a hospital (sat+ sun). The other 5 days i train twice a day. Tae kwon- Do, Thai Boxing, BJJ and MMA and strength and conditioning training. Here's my schedule, lol. Mon: AM weight training, PM circuit training, thai boxing, bjj Tues: AM weight training, PM Tae kwon-do Wed: AM Thai boxing (sparring), PM MMA, BJJ Thurs: AM weight training, PM tae kwon-Do Fri: AM weight training, PM thai boxing, BJJ Sat: work Sun: work I also do a bit of teaching at a local boxing club when i train there, teaching pad work, sparring and S+C. Now i'm getting a bit older and after 2 knee operations i was thinking about slowing down a bit, it lasted 2 days then back to usual, lol.
  7. What's it like teaching these kid's? I would have an empty punch bag hanging in the corner of the class room, then any @*!# from them and i would simple escort them to it, place them inside the bag, zip it up and tee off on it for a round or two. Then unzip it and pour them out, simple!
  8. Agree, i was thinking about that guy and him getting a job. Fact is he's probably breed himself out of the possibility of ever securing a job. He would probably need to earn £50k plus to replace his benefits. Then if he was unlucky enough to move his family into a better area he wouldn't be able to feed them as there would be no shoplifters doing his weekly shopping!
  9. How much you charging! £10, lol. If you read my thread from earlier you'll see why!
  10. Haha I feel sorry for some of them as there are no jobs but others are just complete f##k ups Honestly i'm watching this and wondering if their human! They are living like animals, I cant believe people can have so little respect for themselves.
  11. At least the shoplifter junkie's got some pride, £15-£20 for a BJ! The other hookers do the full monty for £10!
  12. Heavily pregnant, jumping on a trampeline and smoking all at the same time, class! Tax payer's pay for their benefits, that they use to buy knocked off goods stollen from supermarkets. Then the same tax payers have to pay inflated prices at the supermarkets to pay for the goods the shoplifters steal!
  13. GLWTS, and nice wheels at a great price!
  14. No offence but the time you use quick detailers, microfibre's etc, would it not be quicker just washing the car. I can honestly rince wash and rinse and dry in 15 minutes flat, lol.
  15. Just some photo's of my current/ past few cars, but the Facebook links don't seem to work!
  16. Someone will defo help. Sunday nights are usually quiet on here!
  17. I cant remember TBH, hopefully nothing to worry about!
