Cool curious to hear what the quality is like, i'd assumed the cap based solutions weren't as accurate as the inside ones
I'll let you know after the next track day we take an infra red thermometer with us so we can see if its accurate

What tyre pressure/temp system are you using? I had a look awhile back and most of the them are just the screw in caps rather than a proper system or a horrid little display. I fancy fitting one to my DE, I'm always too lazy to check the pressures myself!
This is the one with the valve caps, not sure on the make, Tim (the guy I share ownership of the Radical with) decided we needed one so he got it, I'll try and find out the make for you though

Fired up the mill
We can make something out of this
new holder for the pressure sensor complete with pipe guide
Lastly we added a tyre temp and pressure monitor below the dash
Then the Radical was put in the trailer and moved off to my mates house until the Zorst parts get back and @andy james finishes the work in the front garden.
Hopefully have her ready for track by the time the weather improves

In other news ...................................
After an overheating issue and a power loss in the Radical at the end of last year we inspected the engine and found low compression (read no compression) in two cylinders.
It appears the valve was not working quite right....
So new head was sorted complete with upgraded valve guides 2mm oversized inlet an 1mm oversized zorst valves machined compression chambers and ported
Put new stainless valves and turbo springs in that to go with the turbo cams.
Complete engine refresh, new rings, new crank (ours had scoring) and copleteley rbuilt.
That is now fitted
We also had some work done on the exhaust it's a long story but the manifold got bent/misshaped and we changed the design of the waste gate
Repairs to manifold
We also welded it to the turbo housing as it keeps loosening the bolts and blowing gaskets
New waste gate pipe work
That lot is up with Zircotec for ceramic coating
Then ................................

Ha I was out in it Sunday - and she had a wash
Been busy here you know, it's not just all cars and fun
Front garden is being remodelled
Make a mess though
I blame @andy james as he is building this -
It's a cunning plan - wife wants a porch, I want a parking spot for the GT-R
I had an old Ford I was going to use some parts off but changed my mind - strange way to get rid of it though!!
I'll post up more antics soon

Well that's not good
It is looking like a head gasket has gone - how is it running?

This is why i said flywheel, exactly the same as my first 350, a few revs and it was fine but if you tried to pull away slowly and smoothly it was hideous.
When did you ever pull away slowly then ????
-
Technically I came from a Porsche 911 Carrera Cab, but I sold that when we moved house and only had a company van for a year maybe longer
Then I got the 350z - a few mods
Then the 370z - a few more mods -
Now I've just moved to a GTR

I just realised the clutch has been replaced Could still be judder if the flywheel wasn't replaced, I'd go with coil pack but you can just rev more, if the car won't pick up then I'd say coil pack, air leak throttle position etc but if it "only happens when pulling" off it has to be drive chain. That only logically leaves the clutch in my mind.
